Homestead Tribal Arts reviews
18I stopped in twice in a period of two days because I couldn’t decide the first time around. So much beautiful jewelry and rugs and pottery. I left with a lovely pendant and earrings of silver and turquoise.
Truely the most authentic tribal arts shop you can find in the region. A long history with plenty of unique jewelery. Thanks to Wayne for the great service and site explainations about the tribal arts and handcraft.
An absolutely amazing store with the best products! Authentic jewelry and history. Wayne is the absolute best, he was super helpful and had awesome pieces and stories. He resized a ring for us right then and there and it was perfect! An absolute must if you’re going to Kanab, Fredonia, or anywhere close by.
Nice little shop that sells original jewelry, some even very old, rarely available pieces.
A must if you are in Kanab and are interested in it. Very good advice from Wayne.thanks for that
This place is a gem in the desert! While we were staying in Kanab my wife and I stopped here to browse. Wayne was so knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. I found a really nice Navajo beaded hat band in his store. Wayne recommended the Red Pueblo Museum and Heritage Park up the road, and very glad he did. Thank you Wayne! My wife and I would love to visit you and your store again in the future.
A true gem! Beautiful native jewelry, art, and artifacts; many with artists names. Unassuming and stocked with a wide variety of pieces! Prices are very fair ; I wish I had purchased more here. A feast for the eyes, and true craftsmanship!
This was the most adorable store! He had lots of carved stone items jewelry, tribal art, carved statues, and much more. I highly recommend stopping! Each piece we bought had a card about the artist! Seriously great experience
I loved the shop! It had lots of great art work, and the guy running the shop was very nice. I’d say it was definitely worth the stop.
My husband and I just left this shop! Wayne was so informative and really nice! Beautiful rings! Prices were unexpectedly lower than all the road side jewelry stands! You must stop by! Only 6 miles from Kanab! Oh and he opened up for us, even though we were earlier than normal hours.
A must-stop on your National Park tour. Literally the best prices we’ve seen in Utah and Arizona! Wayne repaired our jewelry while we shopped. He gave us great, personable customer service. Thanks, Wayne!
Cool little shop, the guy was really nice and informative! Bought some earrings and he gave us info on their background, told us about some other stuff in the area, and was all around awesome. Would recommend a stop!
Wayne is the real deal. Great conversation, even better jewelry! Take it from a repeat customer who keeps coming back for more. The Homestead is a hidden gem!
Awesome store with great Native American Art/Artifacts. The Gentleman running the store on 7/17/2023 was very helpful giving my daughters and myself knowledge about some of the pieces we were looking at. He also recommended some restaurants and sites to see in the area. If you are ever close by & like Native American Artifacts & Art definitely make sure to stop by and check them out.
Wayne was amazing. He is very knowledgeable about the art and very sweet! He assisted my family and I with finding rings and all sorts of unique items. He provided amazing service and i’ll be sure to come back again!
Wayne H. Otte the Silversmith of The Homestead Tribal Arts was Super knowledgeable in his profession and offered us great advice and know how for creating his Beautiful Jewelry. We will definitely be back
If you’re looking for authentic, handcrafted Native American art, jewelry and more this is an excellent place to check out. The owner has a wealth of knowledge and is a silversmith himself. It’s only a short drive from Kanab so stop by and check it out!
Worth stopping and checking out! Lots of beautiful introcate pieces. Thanks, Wayne, for answering my billions of questions.
