You would think as much money is pumped into their machines they would fix the ones out of order.

It is a very clean laundry however over half the washers and dryers were broken. The employees were helpful though.

The clerk at this laundry mat, was very helpful, and friendly. Best place to go for the $$.

$3.small wash and min $2 dryers but doesn't dry a small load. Most machines out of order. Clean. Cash quarters.

This is the cleanest laundromat ever! Sure, some of their machines are waiting to be fixed, but the staff is super attentive and friendly!

Friendly staff in the morning. Cleanish machines despite almost all of them being busted for months (not sure whats up with their dryers; make your clothes smell bad again so what's even the point?) Evening staff lady (short blonde one in glasses) started spraying chemicals around me when I was folding my stuff and I started having a reaction. I mentioned it and she didn't even apologize; just kept spraying! I had to move all my stuff. Very rude and unpleasant. Couldn't wait til I was done to spray. Nasty attitude.

Came in this evening, was told to use more expensive washers due to the cheaper ones being cleaned.
Before 5pm.
Came back to switch over my clothes, maybe 30-45minutes later, the attendant then looks at me and begins to yell at me. Very rude. Telling me I left my clothes washing and I had 15 minutes to get them and leave. Mind you, online it clearly states they close at 7pm not 6pm
I asked the lady about the time they closed, co sidering I was pretty confused to why she yelled at me. She then continues to blow up on me and tells me no not 7pm and I have 15 minutes to leave.
Needless to say WILL NOT BE BACK!
NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED IN SUCH A HATEFUL WAY DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.

The owner there Sandy is Racist, a Bad person. I ask her to use restroom she says its only fir cutomers I told her I am a customer. She denied and call the police. To tow my car I am not even park in this business.

Most of the washing machines are broken. I like the front loader machines. I usually go to wash things on Saturday but changed and went on Friday and it was less busy. In and out very quickly.

Yes it’s clean, but there are many machines broken. On Sep 24,2023 of the twelve washers facing the windows only one was working.

The ladies who work there do a great job keeping it clean. The machines are quarter only, which helps if you have change to get rid of. They are more expensive than a few of the other laundry mats. The washers work great, but their biggest size is not as big as the one in Ft. Mohave. The dryers cost more and don't work as well as the other laundry mats. The other downside is when things break, they don't seem to get fixed or replaced.

I will never go back to this place again if you want your clothes destroyed by the washer's go for it I had to throw some of my clothes away cause of the washer my mom is a witness who seen my cloths were ok until after the was I try to tell the lady working she called me a lier and said it doesn't happen with these kinds of machines again I have a witness and also I have worked at a laundry mat before so has my mom this place is a joke don't waist your time or money

Place smells like $hit for starters. Half of the machines are out of order and the ones that are in operation are way over priced and do a terrible job. $1.25 for a glorified garbage bag from the rude a$$ female attendants? If we weren't in a pinch for some clean laundry during our journey we would have moved on after walking into this stench filled hole in the wall.

I paid $2 to dry my clothes from 1 of the dryers that I thought worked. My clothes did not dry and when I told the worker there, she blamed the clothes not drying because she said the load was too large which was not true because all my clothes were still wet after being in there for 22 minutes and I have dried that same amount multiple times and they have dried before. Most of the dryers are broken and say out of order so I always hope I get one that works and this one didn’t. Instead of her refunding the money, she put $2 in the dryer I had used and let it run empty while I had to put my clothes in a different dryer. On top of that she was involved in a conversation with some bystanders who heard our conversation and they were talking about young people being disrespectful and laughing at millennials. Very unprofessional. This city is super weird. Please don’t waste your money here or even your time. A matter of fact please leave this city. These country hillbillies weird as hell.

At least half of the washing machines were out of order. But there is a couple who are on staff during working hours, they are very nice and keep the place very clean. The owner really should step up and either fix or replace the machines or sell to someone who will, for everyone's sake.
