Excellent service. Great advice how to clean up a rust stain and quick service fixing my screen. Very knowledgeable.

The staff here has been a big help when I've come here for parts for plumbing or gas lines. They got a decent amount of everything including tools.

Let me tell you chums that your assistant Gabe was so positive and he showed me how to properly operate a nail, color me impressed!

I walked in looking for M12 impact driver. I helped by a friendly associate, and shown was looked like a driver. I purchased not knowing that one, it was a non refundable item, even though it is originally sealed, two that it wasn’t and impact driver, but a screw driver drill. I went back to try and return because I already have a Milwaukee drill, so I cam back around 10: 50am. Was told there is nothing they can do for me and that I had to contact Milwaukee personally and try to get a return from them. I literally purchased 30 minutes ago. I understand there are store policies, but come on everything is in the package, never used and I tried returning it within 30 minutes of my purchase.

I can't leave a 6th-star rating so, this comment will represent that 6th star. All the staff, 100% of the time are willing and able to come up with ideas to help make your project easier.

Smaller town hardware store with a very friendly staff that is always looking to help. This store always seems to stock the stuff that you cannot buy at the big box stores.

I went in expecting to have to order wheels for my hand truck. Not only did they have them in stock, they even installed them at no charge! Love my helpful neighborhood Ace!

Was helped as soon as I walked through the door. Clean well kept store. A friendly store kitty goes by "Ace" I believe.

I’ve done multiple phone sales at this location I don’t know if they’ve gotten a new manager or what the circumstance is, but they were absolutely rude, unwilling to help and when I offered to setup a new card on file form they said it would take a few hours to process even though I had guys standing there. Service techs should always be treated as a priority as these are the guys that are taking care of the community. I am extremely disappointed with this Ace Hardware.

The workers were able to help me fund everything fast and easy and were overall very nice my only concern is that they do have a cat there so people with cat allergies may want to steer clear of this ace hardware

Not the friendliest store for a “hometown” store. Seems like they want to charge restocking fees on everything. They seem to assume the customer breaks everything they try to return. Lowes is a little longer drive but the better customer service is worth the drive.

Strictly a scripted response from Ace Hardware. Not offering a refund on a defective product is not actually a good business practice. A product exchange was not offered.

Love, love, love this store! They have some of just about whatever you're looking for. I purposely make a point to stop there for ALL my needs. And the customer service is on point ALL the time. Staff is ALWAYS available to help you out.

I shop here when I am seeking expert, thoughtful customer service for difficult to find items. The idea of not having to pay for unnecessary plastic packaging for a few bolts is also very appealing. I can always count on the reliable and friendly environment at my local Ace Hardware Store in Buckeye, Arizona!
