If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BOOK HERE! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Most rooms either ROACH INFESTED or has BEDBUGS.

The room was dirty, the didn't have bulbs for the light fixture, the toilet seat was broken and it was hair in the tub. The housekeepers was rude and never replaced anything in the room.

Blood on walls along with dirt and other substances no bathroom amenities no light bulbs in fixtures air conditioner made loud humming the whole time on every setting and speed

Front desk staff treat people with such disrespect. They are rude. They are pretentious. And they love to kick people out for having a late payment. I think they wake up in their beds Every morning already knowing which tenant they want to be mean to.

Didn't get to stay the short very heavyset Hispanic girl refused to rent to me because I had 2 service animals with paperwork.she was rude and pointed to the No pet sign and said she didn't have to rent to me.by law she does so I contacted Red Roof today told them I wanted her let go and if no action is taken in 48 hours then I will be filing a complaint with Frdearal Government as she broke the law and rudeness she gets a 10 +. I personally recommend NOT STAYING THERE

Absolutely the worst place I've ATTEMPTED to stay at! Totally rude and disrespectful staff and basically told me that they would keep my money and to get a room somewhere else. And this is after I drove all the way across Phx to get a $30 paper I'd and regardless of me pre paying online for the NONREFUNDABLE booking

No Service during covd19 so why are these hotels doing the mostes. These people set up my daughter. My husband smokes cig. As we checked out the supervised imagrant says she walked in the room and it smelled like smoke.she was being so mean.she told my husband "You need to wait a while before walking in the room so it doesn't smell like cig.we were outside waiting to check out so we asked the maintance to walk through and he didn't smell the cig no signs of ashes anywhere.the clerk still kept our 100 dollar deposit.that's not encluding the 50 $we haven't received for our prior room. THEY OWE MY DAUGHTER 150 DOLLARS DO NUT GO TO DUNLAP AND 23 AVE. HOMETOWN STUDIOS. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS HAPPENED BUT I AM DESPUTING THE DEPOSIT

Morning desk clerk was rude refused to return cash deposit made me wait for an hour after lobby was supposed to open cause she was late yet counted out the cash drawer several times in 20 minutes

The front desk receptionist was very rude she's very roll her eyes snippy and literally rip the papers out of my hand after I got finished initialing and signing for my room that was already paid for it I only came there to renew my keys and it was a terrible experience even though it was so quick it made me NOT WANT TO GO UP THERE OR TALK TO HER FOR ANY REASON she is unpleasant and needs to be told this is not how customer service should be? ! I hope a manager reviews these because whoever she was is working on 04/20/2020 at 4pm she has long dark brown hair

I was in an accident and I was in the hospital.
When I returned to get my belongings the manager said that I would have to pay for 4days rent.
They stated that that is how long it took for them to clean up my Room and that is how much revenue they lost on that Room.

When my wife called, prior to my Room rent being up, they told her they would hold my things for 30 days.

The stuff I had in a Room took an hour to bring in, hang up/put away neatly.

There is absolutely no way it took 4 days to get my things out AND boxed up.

I very much realize it was my fault for having an accident and not being able to vacate my Room properly.

However management wants to gouge a person like that?
I would have had no problem paying for one days rent or maybe a $100 for their trouble in boxing my things up.
But 4 days rent is $400.
Ridiculous

Thats crazy!

I rented a room out for a week.the room was clean but it had roaches and my room smelled like cigarettes. It was nothing but smokers and dealers there and my air conditioner broke two times and it leaked water I told them so many times that it leaked they claimed they fixed it. When I checked out they talking about they will give me my deposit but I can’t come back there because my room smelled like cigarettes I don’t even smoke them ‍️‍️ I explained to her that I didn’t smoke in the room because the fact that I have my daughter in the room but I don’t care I only got that room because it was the only one available in Phoenix

This place was alright. And by alright I mean. That it could have been great or even amazing. It lacks more effort from its own management.

Relaxing, comfortable and great location. There were roaches in my room and no dial tone on the phone. Phoned the front office and nothing was done. Waited 24 hours. I paid to stay for 1 week. It is disgusting. The rooms look clean but they are not clean. Drug addicts Central.

This place is nasty. And it smells like cigarettes in every room. And the toilet seat had urine on it. And I'd keep an eye out on your car cause there's some sketchy looking people just walking around the hotel parking lot

1. Problem checking at around 2am. I called to let them know I had a late check-in due.
2. No supplies, cups or shampoo.
3. Someone entered my room while I was gone. My window was partially open, ac was turned on and medicated cream left on a counter top. When I returned, window closed, ac turned off and cream was missing.
Hotels response:
Staff at the location said she wasn't trained for front desk stuff, she said she's the laundry lady. She had trouble finding my reservation, took 30 min.
Reported missing item to security and desk lady (really laundry Lady,). Both said management would reach out to me. Management never contacted me so I called the customer service number through their corporate. A report was filed. After 2 additional days, I received a response. Total waiting period was 5 days without a response. Management said they would give me a partial refund. Horrible customer service.

The place is well kept. Has a bit of a roach problem and immense traffic over the walls on the back from both the trailer park and apartments next door. But not too shabby if a place the guests and staff are typically generous, courteous, & friendly.

My kids and I stayed here twice and still stay here each time! The staff is courteous and kind as well as maintenance and housekeepers. Clean, nice size and perfect for a temporary stay! There is always going to be shady people no matter where you go so don’t let that deter you from checking it out!

Will not be back. Customer service was ok. Very rundown hotel! Unruly people out in the hallways and parking lot. Did not feel safe. Room smelled horrible! Towels were not clean nor were the sheets.
