This was my first office visit and I was pleased with the attention I received. Everyone was kind and efficient. Dr. Riggio spent time with me and ask if I had any questions.

Very well run operation. Waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room, and less than 2 minutes before I saw the doctor.

Dr. Riggio is one of the best Doctors I've run accross in years.

Very knowledgeable and a great person to speak to.

Doesn't rush you and is very patient.

Everything was great checking in was good didn't wait for to long before being called.

Receptionist Ben and nurse, Jasmine were great, knowledgeable and helpful.
Dr Karnik was exceptional and helped me with a clear understanding of my conditions.

I was very pleased with the care that everyone in the office gave me especially the doctors. They put me at ease during the trying time and my life dealing with congestive heart failure and finalizing us resolution with Dr Mattioni implanting my pacemaker. Great staff great doctors and I appreciate it more than anyone knows

I was very disappointed and was not treated with respect or honor that they claim to have. Would not recommend this Doctor. The front office and intake nurse were kind but the doctor and implant tech were very unkind. They did have to reschedule me for another doctor a couple days before my appointment so that pushed me back a couple weeks and makes me wonder if I would of been treated differently by the other doctor. Very sad experience.

Competent office staff, efficient medical services, empathetic physicians, willing to discuss my situation in ways that provided total clarity about my condition and options.

I have interacted with several Doctors, PAs, NPs, nurses, and staff at HHCA, and my experiences overall have been outstanding.
