They left me alone with an IV in my arm for over an hour before my colonoscopy, and both the anaesthesiologist and doctor seemed unfriendly and uncaring. The experience was the last straw in a long line of poor experiences with Honor Health. Much happier with One Medical now.

This level should be worked on with their manners and attitude towards helping with peoples health the NP has a very rude bed side manner.

Dr Tay is excellent. His explanations were clear and concise. I felt no anxiety about him performing an operation on me.

I was a number. My concern was ultimately not addressed and no follow up whatsoever. I still have the same concerns and since I'm uninsured I cant afford to go back to be dismissed into another expensive, unnecessary procedure

Hi this is Gerald Martin I was surprised that when I went in and you got me prepared for my up and down pictures of my body and I fell off the sleeping next thing I know I woke up and you tell me I'm done well it was like what just happened I ain't don't remember anything other than was talking and I was out and next thing I know I was up and you telling me to get dressed you're done wow that's amazing but I noticed wound on the entrance of my butt of my party a little swollen and it's dissolving now I don't know that wasn't from anything that I know of other than I felt something a pressure and when I took a shower I put my hand down there at the entrance of my booty hole there's a bump that grew and now it's dissolving but very very irritating other than that I'm okay with a lot of gas and I'm starting to have my bowel movement but I have to clean that area every time I have to go to the bathroom I do not want to get anything infected based on that there alone other than that I'm okay how are you guys doing have a blessed day.

The nurses were all so nice and comforting. The doctor was on time and ready for my colonoscopy right at the time of 8am sharp. Great hospitality!

Dr. Patel is great. He was interested in me and my concerns, and took time to explain things to me. He’s my GI guy!

After procedure no contact no follow up.multiple messages with no call back.went in because of stomach pain, found multiple polyps but no contact as to what my stomach pain might be

They got me in and scheduled an endoscopy right away. About 12 hours before the procedure they called and said it would be $2k due at sign in. I couldn’t afford it, they wouldn’t work with me on payments. It has now been a year, I have lost massive amounts of weight and muscle. I can barely eat one meal a day. Apparently I have to wait until I am in the emergency room dying before they will address this concern.

I was very impressed with the care I received. She explained everything and made me feel very confident about the procedure.

Fast, efficient, painless.other than taking one day off for the procedure, I didn't skip a beat with day to day activities

Never had the procedure. Gave up after a month of trying to set up appointment. I was confused on why I didn't get an appointment when I was at the office.

Everyone was pretty nice however the scrubs they make you wear smelled like unwashed dirty people. I even asked for diff scrubs and that too smelled bad. The nurse said "that's strange, they are fresh off the heater". So do they just take the dirty scrubs & throw them on a heater? It was gross & made me feel unclean. There was no fresh smell or even a nonsmell, only a dirty person smell to them.

Dr. Fares and all of honor health was great. I was worried while being treated for Hep C I wouldn't qualify for a cure. I am so grateful for honor health, Dr. Fares, and his staff they got me cured in no time. Thank you guys.
