I like coming here. They are very helpful and answer any questions I may have. Dr. Sheiley is the best. We went over everything that would possibly be wrong with me. Appointments were made, my prescriptions were refilled, and scheduled blood work on the spot to get things going. CT scanned has been arranged per Dr. Sheiley's request. I left feeling better than when I walked in. Still concerned about my Health but knowing my Doctor has my back. Love my Doctor! She the greatest.

It was very easy to make an appointment at the time I wanted. The front desk personnel are very pleasant. Dr. Espinosa listened to my concerns and ordered blood work and ultrasound. He called me with the results the same day he received them. We discussed the next steps in my care.

Everything was excellent, from setting up the appointment, checking in, the medical team. I was able to get blood drawn on site with no wait, and the phlebotomy did an amazing job. Test results came within 2 days. Couldn't be happier.

Everyone in this office is so efficient, pleasant & helpful. I had to call them a few times and each time they were very helpful. But I like about this office is that they also have blood draw on site. I just love this office.

Carla was direct, informative, and helpful in helping me understand my current concerns and conditions. Great experience for a first time visit she thoroughly covered my meds and current needs.

4.8 I know there is always room to be better, this location exceeds my expectations on patient care when it comes to the staff in back office and the practitioners. However, the front admin staff leaves something to be desired. They are just ok. So, meh. Is the service horrible, no. Is it adequate, maybe. Should the experience be fluid from beginning to end? Yes. So in that case total score is a 4.8.

New patient and first visit with Adam. Very thorough, not rushed and asked questions to understand my medical history.

From the phone call to schedule to my visit with Dr Espinosa it was a great experience. Everyone I was in contact was professional and friendly. Dr Espinosa took the time and answered all my questions and concerns.

I've been at this location for 5 years and it's seemingly a 50/50 when it comes to administrative mishaps. The actual credentialed medical professionals are great, but the admin team is frustrating to say the least. After my 3rd "miscommunication" I've decided to go elsewhere.

My provider moved out of state, so I changed HonorHealth medical group locations to Marina Heights. I saw Carla Kelly who was absolutely awesome. She listened, had dialogue with me about any thoughts, and was thorough. This left me very comfortable and confident in my care at the new location. I highly recommend them!

My first experience here was wonderful. I met with Dr. Adam Balzer and he was so pleasant.

He took the time to listen to and consider all of my concerns and was genuinely happy to work on my health. 10/10

I love Dr. Espinosa! I’ve been his patient for about 15 years. He was very complimentary and encouraging on this last visit about my weight loss.

More attention must be given to medical providers like Adam who are consistently demonstrating their technical expertise paired with an exceptionally high quality of customer service.
This trickles down to the full operations of this office (medical assistants, front desk hosts, phlebotomists, etc.).

Customer service is the reason why I gladly travel 25 miles to HonorHealth Medical @ Marina Heights.

I have a great experience every time I have an appointment here. The staff is friendly and professional and my NP Adam Balzer gives me the best care I've ever had and I'm 61 years old. I feel and am healthier than I was at 20. I will stay with Honor Health and Adam for the rest of my life.

Too impersonal when checking in. You are handed an iPad and asked to do it yourself. Why even have front desk people?
