They're very quick to get in. And very thorough diagnosis. The x-ray was a great experience. It's sent offsite via fiber and reviewed by 3 medical personnel. So it's seems like it's no longer just the doctor.

Stop requiring patients that are asymptomatic to wear a useless mask that does not help to prevent contagious diseases.

I was visiting on vacation and developed a sinus infection. I felt absolutely miserable. I found this place a mile away and on a Sunday they were open, they took me in right away, no hassle when it came to insurance, front desk staff made me feel welcomed, nurse joked with me and made me comfortable, doctor came in and diagnosed me right away and sent me on my way with directions for extra care and a prescription. Very pleased with the service!

PA Diane and I think the assistant name was Mary, they were a delight to be around during this time. With holidays and many people sick, they were so nice! Definitely worth the wait to get seen.

The entire staff is so cooperative and supportive! Great experience and my mom got the right medical assistance and treatment! Thank everyone who has treated my mom!

I’ve been to other urgent care clinics and Honor Health is by far the most pleasant to deal with. I work in the people business and can say they truly exceeded my expectations. This is my new go to moving forward.

The lady on the phone told me Urgent Care doctors don’t do paper work for schools? I needed paperwork filled out for my daughter to wrestle. We went to a different urgent and they did it with NO PROBLEM. Don’t know if she was new or what but she should have just said I don’t know instead of giving out wrong answers. Didn’t even make it through the door because of her.

Doctor did not examine area of injury. Stood across the room and it was obvious she wanted to keep her distance. As an ER nurse of 35 years, I never witnessed any doctor to not visualize the area of injury. This young doctor didn’t treat my injuries seriously. A doctor that doesn’t even examine the injury is taking chances on missing a serious problem.

I had very little wait time, the facility was very clean, and the staff was very efficient.

The staff were so kind and caring. We were seen quickly and all concerns were addressed thoroughly.
