4Jeff in scheduling has exceptional customer service. He took the time to help me find a convenient location between my work and home. It can also be difficult to find a provider who is accepting new patients and has an open schedule. Jeff made this process so seamless and I couldn't appreciate him more! =)
I had an excellent experience. They fix two hernias. Love that hospital.
The Patient Financial Services Department at this location billed me for a bill that I had already paid. I was previously billed by the Physicians Billing Services group and paid that bill. Then I get another bill for the same services (lab work) from these idiots. One hand does not know what the other is doing. TERRIBLE.
Hopefuly you wont need the medical services the emergency room and hospital provide, but I did and was treated as well as can be expected with any busy trama center
