HonorHealth rocks in my opinion. Having all of my records at every facility makes receiving care so much easier. The people at this facility are very nice and caring. When I had issues with the MRI due to my claustrophobia they were great as far as helping me over it. I strongly recommend HonorHealth and all of their facilities.

If you need medical care, DO NOT go anywhere associated with this company. I’m extremely upset with this terrible establishment. Not just this location either, the entire company is unorganized, confused, and no one is on the same page. I needed some MRIs done and was wanting to pay cash because I didn’t have insurance. So, I called around to get pricing. Well, Melissa Horne (who works with pre-registering cash patients) gave me the wrong estimate twice. First she says the MRIs will cost about $500 with the cash pay discount. So I call again after she got me scheduled and then it was up to $1022 for the procedure. I blatantly asked her, “ok, so I won’t be charged anything more than that for the procedure? ” And she stated, “no, as long as you don’t need another test that should be the final cost”. So I go and get the procedure done. Well, Phil Kinsleywho works at the 3rd st location then informs me that it will be an additional $300 (according to the price sheet he has) for the radiologist to read the report. This would have been good to know prior to my registration. He was also confused about the estimate she gave me. We tried to call her but of course, she was “out of town” that week. Oh, but that’s not all. I get the procedure and a couple weeks later I get a bill in the mail from the radiologist for another $1048! Honor health says they aren’t associated with the radiologists who do the reading so they are unaware of the bill. In summary, this company has no clue what is going on when it comes to the financial side. If you’re paying cash, I’d advise you to go elsewhere because their “estimate” is going to be very far off. They con you into getting their services because they lie that it’s at a “low” price, wait for you to get the procedure done, and then tack on a bunch of extra money to your bill that they don’t tell you about. I will never go there again.
