18Took my car in with Mr. Martinez (Service Advisor) he provided me great customer service and was on top of notifying me what was wrong with my vehicle. I will definitely be back to get all my service needs.
We are very pleased with the way that Lisa from the service department resolved our issue. As soon as she heard that we had a problem she quickly got our vehicle in and got it fixed. She explained to us very patiently where the misunderstanding was and how the service department works which was helpful because we were really frustrated with the way the situation was being handled. Horn Nissan Yuma Is Amazing. I took my Rogue Sport in a couple days ago & the Service Team was & Is FANTASTIC & AMAZING. Not only do they talk to you in a calm manner & they are very patient. They listen to all your concerns & check every one of them out & explain what they found & what needed fixing. I witnessed this Wonderful customer service years ago when I would go with my mom to drop off & pick up her car. Thank you Horn Nissan Yuma for being so Outstanding & the Best!

Yes, we all know that dealerships are pricy. If you can afford it. Why not take your vehicle to a repair shop that specializes in the same make you drive. The staff has always presented themselves as friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Thank You

I really love how Rocio from the service department is when it comes to the service of my vehicle. She just tells you what’s wrong with your vehicle yet doesn’t pressure you right away into doing the services, she lets you decide if you want to do what it’s needed or not 10/10 recommend her

Fought a rainstorm to get there before 2: 00 PM from Yuma Proving Ground. Service completed. Had to wait a little longer than expected. Was approached by sales representative regarding trading in for new vehicle. My response, “Car is paid off, and I have no payment”. He walked away. SMART MOVE!
