Took in my 2004 grand marquis in for Ac work replaced compressor and hoses. Next day still was not blowing cold, so took back and Rick the owner apologized and said he would make sure to fix the problem and it was taken care of. Will be a permanent customer.

Hortons is always honest and up front about what they are doing and what the car needs. They don't try to upsell you and I always leave happy:)
