Hot Topic, Tucson AZ

Walking around the mall at 730pm 12/30/22 go to walk up to the doors, they're closed. I pull up hot topic location at park place mall on Google on my phone. Says they don't close until 8pm. Show the girl my phone through the glass asking why they're closed.she tells me the mall closes at 7. I am very confused since it's past 7 and I'm still in the mall shopping at other open stores and the world clock clearly states its still 730pm and hot topic on Google says it doesn't close till 8. Lazy workers. I provided a receipt from boxlunch (which is also owned by HT) proving what time I was there. It takes all of 63 seconds to walk from one store to the other.

Horrible Way too many people in store and young people are really Rude wanting you to get out of their way. Clothes are way over priced. None of their clothes are worth what they charge you.

Had a return. Process was painless. Staff nice but most were kinda clueless and needing training as well as people skills. Mgr was great!

Was able to price match from their website on top of using my coupon. Definitely very nice customer service.

Faith from Hot Topic at Park Place was an absolute delight! The gal who opened the store on Nov 4 was already in a bad mood & made it obvious towards my autistic daughter (who was excited to go in when the store opened) She was extremely rude. I initially didn't even want to spend money in there after her attitude. Luckily Faith was pleasant & she changed my mind.

Hot topic in general has lost a lot of its edgy fridge appeal it once had and replaced it with very basic Anime, video games, and pop culture related, clothing that don't stand out in any real way, the way that it used to. This hot topic is no different.

So I normally love going here. It was my wife's birthday and we were killing time before a late lunch. We were shopping when a associate elbowed me out of the way and began looking for something. I said excuse me but was ignored. My wife then went to pick something up and had it snatched from her grasp. Will not be going back to this location.

Great store, a little too much cartoon stuff. There are whole stores for cartoons so I wish Hot Topic would use their valuable space for other items.

They don't have as much as they used to and it's not as good as they used to have

Fun place to looking around in the store, but too many customers in the such a small store!

We placed a couple online orders for pickup in store. One item was ready within a couple hours the other two are supposed to be shipped to the store for pickup within 8 business days. We are still waiting on one item that should have been there and ready for pickup yesterday. Otherwise, my kids (adult and teens) love this store. The staff is very friendly and has been helpful. Store does get pretty busy but that is why we choose to do pickup.

Definately has changed. Not hot topic anymore. Its more of a pop store then an emo store now. Not sure i like it. WAY to much pink

The people who were working there were very nice! Prices varied, but I did manage to get something I've been wanting!

Dresses, pants are reasonably priced, stock rotates so if you see something cute try and pick it up. Kitschy accessories, decent variety. Downside is the store layout- it's a small space, expect to squeeze past people to move around the store and browse.

Good spot for some alternative/anime/Cute stuff. Bought stuff for my friends and family. Definitely recommend going when there are sales.

Its nice inside. But I feel so closed in when I go in there. The prices are affordable. Service is awesome

Love getting t-shirts for my daughter here and pens for her backpack really cute socks not just all hard rock themed they have really cute Disney stuff and other cartoons

They don't have much variety anymore and their prices have gone way up. It's still a great store to go look around
