Great Hot Topic! A friend of mine works here and the staff is always so curteous whenever I come around. It feels nice to get whatever new merch they're selling.

The employees always take forever with anything, always like 3 in the back and two standing around then like 1 slow person at the register and a line of 3 people literally takes 20 minutes. I’ve given up and left the line multiple times, the employees are usually nice enough if u can catch one, it’s just so weird bc it’s a tiny store with like 5 employees and like the one you ask never has the keys or can do a return so u end up waiting for one slow person after another and by the end your just over it.that’s been my experience with this location

I can not get enough of this store. It has lots from disney to anime to emo stuff. It may seem all goth at first but there is a lot of cute things there too!

We got amazing help from an employee I wish I wouldve written down her name. As soon as we walked in she asked if we needed help and quickly got us the product we were there for!

The customer service sucks at this place. The people are rude as hell. Also my friend was trying a shirt on OVER her shirt and they about had a heart attack saying theres dressing rooms for that even though she didnt take a single article of clothing off before trying the shirt on.

Can there ever really be anything wrong with a Hot Topic? Great selection of stuff, mostly good prices, nice atmosphere.

Always enjoy shopping here. Staff is helpful and they stock plenty of fun and interesting items.

This place is awesome. Literally, I was actually surprised to see it while shopping at Arizona mills. There is Harry Potter, Disney, Marvel and many more themed items. There are items on sale as well including BOGO, BTGO and extra discount sale coming up after July. You will get a 15$ coupon if you shop for more than 30$ now until stocks last. It worth visiting. Not so pricey and really appealing. Make sure that you are in control: D Its so tempting if you are fan.

Very nice, knowledgeable workers. Ship products from website to store for free. They carry a variety of clothing and accessories for popular shows (anime, cartoons, Disney) and a smaller variety of music/band tees than there used to be.

Great variety of Dragon Ball and My Hero Acadamia shirts and products. Decent jewelry sales and okay variety of gauges/plugs.

The guy working there rather hit on the customers then help you check out. They were talking about cosplay and weekend plans. Trash service. I left the items on the counter and walked out.

Not very friendly staff. Lucky if you get acknowledged at all; except to check out. Not very organized. Very over crowded with merchandise.

A good Hot Topic. They've got less fashion and more fandom than most, but make up for it with patient staff

Great staff that offer the upmost excellent customer service with this location and their store is fully stocked with products to accommodate both my daughter & my sizes unlike others. Thank you!

Always a great experience at Hot Topic! Love the Funko Pop wall and always find some good exclusives here. I highly recommend following the store's Instagram to get a heads up on new releases.

Fun stuff. But just realized that I'm getting a little old for the stuff. Just doesn't speak to me the same as it did to my younger self!

Agressive response from cashier when I didn’t want to give them my phone number. Some maturity on the business side would be appreciated in those situations.

They always have friendly helpful personnel. Everything they carry is modern and stylish and they carry from size xs to 5xl.
