I don't usually write a review, but with the results Steven and his team delivered, I felt like I owe them a review. To start with, I bought an old condo, which needed a lot of repairs on the walls. For months I've been patching up some holes on the walls, and I initially planned to do all the work for my home. Then I got tired and hired an independent contractor. I wasn't happy with the results he was delivering. There was a lot of uneven paints, and the cutting was too messy. I had asked him to repeat many areas, which he still wasn't able to do well. I eventually asked him to stop. So, I looked around and called several painting companies online who came to my house and gave me an estimate. I found the House Painters online and decided to give them a call. Steven came to my house and gave me an excellent quote. I was kind of doubtful at first, given my experience with the first painter that I had, and because of all the people that came to my house giving me a pricey estimate, Steven's quote was the lowest of them all. After reading all these reviews, I decided to give it a go.
Steven and Raul fixed the mess the other painter made. They even textured the holes that I patched before that you can't also tell it was repaired. They are both professional and made my house so beautiful. The cutting was nice and clean. They finished both the interior and the exterior of my home in just four days. They are easy to talk to and inspected everything to make sure everything looks nice before they leave. It is tough to find trustworthy and professional painters out there. Stephen and his crew were great to work with, and did great work. Painted the exterior of my house very efficiently. Careful prep work and cleanup - no extra paint anywhere it wasn't wanted! Excellent attention to detail. He even repaired some small issues outside the scope of his work (filled in some old lag bolt holes in a block wall, repaired a loose gate latch, etc) before painting so that the final result would be excellent.

Steven and team with Carrol's Painting fully met our expectations for a painting contractor including being on-time, professional, competitively priced, detail-oriented, and a good communicator.

In addition, Steven was very helpful to us in choosing paint colors and was able to schedule our job at the last minute the week of Christmas. They also provide touch-ups as needed, took great care to make sure our home was clean after each day of work, and even painted a small utility room as an extra bonus!

Steven responded to my quote request over the phone, which was nice not to have to wait for someone to come out and look at it before having an idea of what it would cost. His prices were very reasonable and he was very friendly. We set up the job for a week later. He and his guy showed up early! And we’re done in a shorter amount of time than quoted. Steve Carroll, the owner, was very flexible and responsive to our needs. His pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of the work performed was very good. In our case we were preparing a house for sale with painting and carpeting and such. Steve, at no cost to us, offered to touch up any dings the carpet layers may have caused in the fresh paint. House Painters Phoenix is a very good company to work with.

Steven is outstanding. We wanted a (company - painter) to paint the interior of our home. We found Steven and his assistant Kenny to be conscientious and careful with moving furniture and in general respectful of keeping things orderly and clean. Painting was superb and I have more painting for Steven and will be asking him to return.
