Jay was our Service Technician for the inspection of our heat pump. He was very thorough and great to work with. He had pictures of all areas of the unit and described the good and the bad, plus provided estimates so if we want to compare prices we can. Jay came out on time. He was extremely thorough with his work. He installed a hand damper in the attic and made sure he absolutely had the correct duct line before installing. He showed me the location of the damper and explained how the settings work. We tested the air flow to ensure I was satisfied with the new setting. I recommend Howard Air - great service techs on their team.

We had a great experience with Howard Air when replacing our broken 12-year-old HVAC. We got quotes from 4 different companies ranging in size from very small to the huge companies you hear advertising on the radio. The estimate from Howard Air was by far (thousands of dollars) the best value for a Trane 2-stage unit AND they didn’t give a cringy sales pitch or try to upsell. We worked with Carlos and he was great from start to finish. He helped with a free temporary fix for our old unit since the new unit we bought was back ordered. Installation was quick and easy. CJ and Brendan were friendly and professional and the new unit comes with 2 years of maintenance visits.

Jay from Howard Air was great! As usual, we received a text when he was on his way to our house. When he got here he explained what he was going to do step by step and then got started. Since we have a 10 year parts and labor warranty on our heat pump rooftop Trane the replacement parts needed were installed free of charge. The tech took numerous pictures of the unit, before and after, so I was able to see what he was doing up on the roof. I have Howard Air inspect our Trane unit twice a year to make sure we are all set for Arizona winters and brutal summers.

Micah was thorough and explained everything involved with heating unit not functioning properly. Would highly recommend Micah to come back out again if other repairs are needed

Saul Urena, the service technician, was friendly, polite, very knowledgeable and very professional. He did a wonderful job and answered all our questions completely and thoughtfully. He found a part that was not performing properly, explained the problem completely and made a quick replacement. I was very impressed with all he did.

Routine maintenance with error code displayed on thrrmostat. Showed error code to technician.he said they’ve been seeing a lot of that lately because the units aren’t used to the cold, but that he didn’t know what it meant. Error code 156.00 still appears on my thermostat after service by Howard Air.

Ramon Moreno was our technician today and we could not be more pleased. He was friendly, methodical, and thorough in assessing the status of each unit. (we have 5). He allowed me to ask questions, advised us about our filters, showed photos of the parts/units and taught us how to adjust our temp.controls devices so we are all set 'til the hot summer season.
