Dr Howard Chen is a fantastic ophthalmologist in the Goodyear area. He has done cataract surgery in both of my eyes in the past two years. I highly encourage anyone having eye problems to seek his office out. Dr Chen is very professional and courteous in all aspects of his job. Thanks again for the outstanding services you provide.

I sat for an hour after my scheduled appointment and then felt rushed through the visit. As a new patient I didn't feel that he took enough time to understand the vision challenges that I have. It all felt very cold and rushed.

Friendly staff, Dr. Chen helps me to see more clear after a cataract surgery on my left eye. I will refer him to everyone who needs a specialist for their eye care. Next stop right eye looking forward for another successful surgery soon almost 20/20 vision never happier in my life. Thank you.

This was my first visit and I really enjoyed it. The doctor greeted patients with a handshake, as each one was called-in to be seen. That handshake made a difference, as it breaks the ice when meeting a new doctor. Dr Chen was very amicable and personable.

Dr Chen's office gave me excellent service. Veronica was very helpful and courteous. Dr. Chen was on time and very attentive and thorough. It was a good visit and I recommend him.
