Staff friendly. Walls very thin. Could hear conversations, TV fan, call etc. Plumbing is the issue slow flushing, never realizing. Slow flush, tinkered until gave up. I'd pass on this place uf all 15" toilets the poor.

Upon arrival i had to wake up the Front Desk Clerk. My room was Dingy Dirty. Bedding was old. I paid 140.00 for a dirty room. No hot water and my tub wouldn't drain. This isnt a suite. This Place needs immediate Renovation. It took the Heater about 5 hours to heat up. Breakfast is Yuck.

Super small room, few breakfast options NO WAFFLE MAKER. On the bottom floor you can hear all the steps on the top floor.

It was affordable and good for a nights rest on a long road trip. Sink didn’t drain, and when we tried to unclog it black stuff came up out of the drain! We were woken up too early by someone banging LOUDLY on the next door. I woke up afraid someone was about to enter our room.

Nice clean room and hotel. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning was nice. I was traveling children and they loved it. We stayed in the suite and it was really big. If we find ourselves in Holbrook again, we'll be back.

My 8 year old gives it four and a half stars but I rounded up to 5 because that wasn't an option. According to my son upon entering our room last night, "It has a warm pool, lots of space, and tv but the toilet is too small! Four point five stars. "

18 wheeler parking. Staff was polite, it was quiet. Comfortable bed, hot shower. Restful sleep.

I’m giving this place five stars based on the price, value and cleanliness. For 70ish dollars I got a room with a king bed and it was clean. Check in was fairly quick considering I showed up at about midnight. The area seemed safe, I’ve stayed in some hotels that I wished I’d paid an extra $50 to be in a better area, this area didn’t give me any bad vibes. So for the money, I was happy with my overnight stay here.
They include breakfast as well. Fruit, oatmeal, juice, muffins, and the star of the show is the waffle maker.
No coffee machine in the room, but there is coffee in the breakfast area.

I went off the good reviews but wish I would've stayed at different hotel/motel down the road. There is a$50 deposit that'll be returned after the front desk clerk checks out your room and nothing is stolen or broken. If you dont return your door key a $10 fee will be added to your bill. No breakfast options other than waffles you make yourself, muffins and 4 types of cereal. Make sure you have them return your deposit and if you have a cancellation they will charge you and not return your money. Beds are ok, room is nothing special.

I highly recommend this hotel, great customer service, very clean rooms, pet friendly and breakfast is included.

This is our second stay here while driving through Arizona and I have been amazed both times. I can’t believe the quality for the price. They are pet friendly and there is a wonderful pet area across the street with a nice grassy area. You can tell that they pride themselves in a clean and tidy pool/spa area. It was a pleasant treat that the pool is heated. Both rooms were clean and spacious, beds/pillows comfortable, and the staff was great. All around a satisfying and relaxing stay.

Literally as soon as we walked into the hotel and went to the restroom there was a cockroach on the shower faucet. So not happy at all.

We needed a last minute booking for our family pretty late in the evening and the HoJo was so accommodating! The desk clerk was super friendly and the rooms were newly renovated and very clean.

Minimal breakfast. No coffee in room. Old. Outdated appearance. Way over priced for what you get.
