Sham is very efficient and knowledgeable. He gets the job done quickly and accurately. This year was even quicker with online uploads.

It was a bad experience we corrected the lady on her spelling plenty of times and she had the w2 right in front of her. She didn't explain anything to us as she was doing them but I'm glad my husband was correcting her. All I could do now is cross my fingers and hope she did her job and the IRS doesn't come after us for her mistakes. I told her that I would like to pay right now for doing my taxes and she just did what she wanted to do and let them take it out of my refund. Last year Amy helped us out and she did an amazing job that's what made me come back but she wasn't there this year. The lady was careless and she just looked like she didn't care if she was doing my taxes wrong. I hope Amy is there next year.

I can’t say enough about the customer service I received. I filed with another tax return program but when my fiancé had questions about it I came to them for a second look. They went ABOVE & BEYOND! HUGE shout out to Jeff & Sham S. Jeff did a lot of leg work to figure out a solution for me & let me know my options. When I came in to grab my stuff Sham went into great detail to show me how Child Tax credit works and different scenarios to show me why it’s the way to is & what it could be. I know the time they put into it was valuable so it isn’t going unnoticed!
