Did my taxes with them Saturday, never got a text or email after. On the app it says “working on taxes” it’s been 5 days. Called multiple times for BRENDA who said she’d call me back and never did. Called over and over, got HEIDI, who left me on hold indefinitely till the store closed. I just needed answers to move forward. They have not called back to tell me what’s going on. Not doing my taxes with them ever again.

WE like the Person who did our taxes and she the only reason I will go back but if she leaves then we will go some where else

Love how fast they do your taxes. And they send a text every year to make appointment. Martha Martinez and every one there are so friendly and helpful.

Totally unprofessional, I filled my tax return for year 2020 and Brenda told me she filled E return but like after 3months wait when I didn't get my state tax refund, I confirmed from the office about the delay and they said they didn't have my return in their system and after again confirming from one of the HR offices, i came to know Brenda filled paper return for state and didn't gave me papers to post, and now i got delayed by 5 months to get my refund and it will take atleast 2 more months.

My tax pro Karla had the knowledge, and patience to help me with my tax return and was positive and caring. She made sure I got the best refund!

Rosalinda was so efficient and courteous. Very happy with her and all the staff. This is our second year using them since we moved from California. We will continue to use for future years.

The Lady who helped me do my taxes, very nice. Spoke to me in a way that made me feel like she genuinley cared about getting me the money I am entitle to. AND she was a beautiful Lady as well. Give that Lady a raise! She knows how to treat her customers amazingy!

Cause the person who did my taxes is an amazing person, she explains everything to me, and this is my 3rd or 4th year with same tax person.

The staff was super friendly and Martha was amazing she did my taxes. She made is super easy.

The tax agent Brenda Trujillo is so sweet and amazing. She knows and understands all my questions. Shes extremely helpful and trusting.

All your workers were just outside not letting anyone in besides your bad call center this is bad to the call center says go to the office cause apparently they suck at doing anything and when we go to one y’all all close turbo tax wouldn’t do me like this. Fix your company and preferably someone from the US

I waited till the absolute last minute to file.had to drop off all my paper work and leave it. Within a couple hours I received a call that everything was done, all I had to do was return to the office, verify a few things and I was done. Wow! What efficiency. And considering that it was the last day, the people at the office were extremely unfazed. Actually joyful.

Very ride from t desk.was trying to get information because I filed there and was rudely asked " what do u want us to do" I explained situation and they re reply was o call the IRS we don't handle that! I thought that's what I paid extra for!

Disappointed - The tax preparer seemed to simply be a data entry person with limited actual tax knowledge. EXAMPLE: Asked a question about social security income taxes and received the wrong answer. I asked for a second opinion but I’m not sure it was correct either. I don’t plan to return next year.

Wasn't at HRBlock, wouldn't use them for taxes if they were the people on the planet to help.
