Hungry Howie's Pizza, Tucson AZ

I ordeI ordered an extra large pepperoniI ordered an extra large pepperoni pizzaI ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza with extra PepperoniAnd if this is extra pepperoni I hate to see what regular amount of pepperoni would be like because there wasn't very much pepperoni on it. And I thought the sauce was to sweet.i was disappointed sorry to say. This is the first time I ordered from there I'll give him another chance.

I go to store every Sunday, I went in there today I was short on money and the manager that's working there help me out. Really friendly employees good pizza

Absolutely delicious! You have to try their toasted sandwiches. Especially the steak, cheese and mushrooms. OMG?

This location is really great in terms of customer service. Only downside is more then half the time that I go there are shady characters outside the store. One time I even got asked by a man for some spare chage so he could afford his food which normally I'm more then happy to help but he came out from digging for change in his truck with a beaten in window with a sticker with a middle finger and "N*****s" right under it.

None of my food tasted fresh. Not like it sat in a warmer old. But more like the toppings sat in a fridge for weeks old. Everything tasted off in some way. Service was bad as well felt like no one cared about customer service. Will never eat there again.

Have been ordering from this location for a long time. The pizza is always great and Bee treats me like family anytime I cal and she answers. This location is always great!

Staff is always so friendly. I order delivery quite often, the food is always SO good and comes at a reasonable price. Paul is my favorite delivery driver they have. Such a nice guy!

Yo this place slaps! I highly recommend going here. My only pet peeve is that you cant eat inside, but besides that, its a really good place.

Very unsanitary and they don't wear gloves at the Pantano and Broadway location when prepairing and handling the food in the back. Not recommend.

I ordered an extra large veggie pizza for my roommate and myself. Soon after we started eating, my roommate noticed some sausage on his slice of pizza. Upon further inspection, we found 3 pieces of sausage throughout the rest of the pizza. We are both vegetarians and because I haven't eaten meat in 14 years, I could have become really sick from accidentally eating this. On 12/4/20 at around 6 pm, I called and explained the situation. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. She said, they could only remake the pizza or give me 10% off my next order. This was a carry out order and I did not want to drive all the way back there to pick up another pizza when they messed up my original order. I said, that I would rather have a refund instead of these options. She informed me that the manager insisted that they can only remake the order or give me 10% off my next order. Then, I was transferred to the manager. The manager, Sergio, was very combative over the phone. Not only was my order messed up, Serigo was extremely rude and even hung up on me while discussing this with him. At one point he even said, "It's your word against mine. " In regards to there actually being sausage on our vegetarian pizza. I said, "Well, I took a photo of it. " He said, "Okay. " And then hung up. I cannot believe this person is a manager. He is really unprofessional, immature and makes the company look bad. It's a real shame, because I genuinely like the pizza at Hungry Howie's. I just can't believe this is how they treat their customers and don't ensure there isn't any cross contamination with their vegetarian pizzas. I will attach a photo of the pizza with the three pieces of sausages that were found.

Just got home with my pizza and it was as disappointing as is typical with this location. Out of 2 pizzas one had wrong toppings and neither was sliced. Not the first time this location has dropped the ball.

Was very disappointed with the service. I placed an order at 11pm and i arrived at 11: 20pm, my order wasnt started yet. 1 customer came in and ordered a pizza and recieved his BEFORE i got mine. 1 employee came to me and asked what other crust i wanted because they were out if what i originally ordered. I ended up waiting almost an hour.

Rude people there and did not cut the cookie pizza either so basically they were rude and lazy there: (

This is my favorite place to get pizza from by far their pizza's are the best. I also like to get their flavored bread on my pizza.

Horrible. I am very disappointed hungry howie's use to be my favorite pizza and I haven't had it in a LONG time so we decided to get it tonight.the howie bread was what I was the most excited for and it was flat and not as good as I remember. I also got 2 large pizza. 1 was stuffed crust which I couldn't even eat the crust because the ranch flavoring was caked on and half of the the pizza was burnt. The other pizza was deep dish.which was burnt. All 3 items were not cut all the way through, I had to use my pizza cutter and re cut it all. I work at Chuck e cheese and even we have the moto, if it's not a 10, do it again. Y'all obviously don't care about appearance. 30 bucks down the drain
