13Unethical manager who never bothered placing my order when I dropped by and made the order and 20 minutes later upon my return (no order was even made or in system) and then due to her excessive stupidity and incompetence, she denies my order altogether! Poor, poor customer service. She tells me it’ll take twenty min for the pizza and nothing was even placed! Further, she refused to provide me her name and card, yet alleges she’s the manager! Will be sharing and disclosing video with their corporate in Michigan as she’s in the back hiding for 9 minutes refusing to provide me her full name as manager. This is a disgrace! Purely discriminatory and they employ unprofessional and unethical bozos at this location. Will be filing a complaint with corporate as I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service in this life than with this unprofessional who alleged she’s manager! How Insulting! They lost an entire group of customers once I share this horrific experience with the entire family and place videos online of the manager hiding and refusing to provide her name (clearly, signals unethical and discriminatory behavior and reveals whose at fault) this is how hungry Howie’s treats customers! This has never happened in Michigan! Ever! What horrible customer service where customers come last! They employ drop outs who don’t know what customer satisfaction is or even know how to spell their own names or place orders properly! No apologies, but even to cover up her own negligence and failure of submitting my order properly in first place, she denies me to order altogether a second time! What a disgrace and I’ll run this across corporate as she even alleged she’s talking to a manager on phone meaning two managers find this appropriate, not simply one!
If you order online, the wait time to pick up your pizza probably will be wrong. Then, when you enter the store, be prepared to wait before anyone acknowledges you. Be prepared for the manager to tell you they haven't even started your order because 5 o'clock is a busy time.
Stood in line for 20 minutes before being helped. Ordered $60 worth of food for them to tell me they can’t take $100 bill. Maybe put a sign. Up at the door before hand.
Was just so impressed right now by woman named Victoria who is running the entire place all by herself doing a fantastic job this woman needs a freaking raise
This is now the second time I must write this review as well as have contacted hungrie howies corporate. If you want to work at a hungry howies location, just know the area manager Mike Perkins Jr does in fact have sexual relations and is in a relationship with his assistant manager Tiffany Tarpley at the Pantano location where he
"coincidentally" works almost all of his shifts even though he oversees multiple stores. Also, according to other employees he has a open relationship with Tiffany; so he is also having relationships with his other general manager according to other employees as well. Oh I also left out that he is "HR" and no one over sees him according to his other assistant manager. It does not take a rocket scientist to imagine that atmosphere.
This is my 4th order because they are close, and they have never gotten an order right.
Go elsewhere.
I ordered pizza for delivery on 9/7/2023 around 8 PM at the Swan/Grant location. I prefer to order on the phone instead of online. And Samantha took my order. She was very helpful and friendly. And patient even though I changed my order. If I could have tipped her, I would have for sure! I just wanted the manager and owners to know that she’s great!
It is excellent pizza for a reasonable price. The cajun crust is my favorite. You can order online and it will tell you when to pick it up. Picking it up is super easy, since you've already paid-you just tell them your name and they get it for you and open it so that you can verify it's what you ordered.
I have been going to Hungry Howies for years now, and I tell you the best store in town is by far the north swan location on Grant. There was a mishap at one of the other stores, I called in to speak with a manager and was able to be quickly and promptly assisted by James at the swan location. He was kind professional and quickly had the mishap addressed with no additional stress to me. Special shout out to James and a swan location of Hungry Howies thank you guys so much!
Issues with service of delivery at swan and Grant location.not happy when delivery to Autism school and got 3 hrs later.just plan wrong.

I would put half a star because this restaurant has overcharged and doesn’t do their job and management at the store. Doesn’t take customers seriously at all.doesn’t do the promos doesn’t do anything online as it supposed to be i. The management at the store has no respect.
Ordered pizza online & it said it was a 40min delivery time. It’s been an hour & ten minutes later & the order shows it’s still being made. I called the store & sat on hold for 15min with nobody answering. I’m now trying to call again and so far nobody is answering. They need to give more accurate delivery times and need more staff to answer the phones. 15min with no answer is frustrating
James is absolutely amazing! He's the GM @ the Hungry Howie's on Swan in Tucson. He was personalable, accommodating, and his customer service skills are beyond commendable!
Thank you so much James! You saved a single mom a lot of stress!
