Ordered two basic pizzas. Waited over an hour, website said they were delivered. Called the store to figure out what happened and their phone doesn’t work at all. Employee was breaking up the entire call, and then blamed us for not answering when the door bell was rung. We don’t even have a door bell. Just wanted to get the food delivered, but it was my fault for not answering a door that isn’t mine? Then he went on to say that they called multiple times and the phone is disconnected. Just checked the order and the phone number is right. Employee hung up after we clarified. Not even sure if they will be bringing the food or not, as it has now been over a half hour since we called. Looks like reviews have been bad recently. Used to order from here frequently but probably should just stick to something else.

Update: Received a call almost an hour after we had originally spoken with the them, claiming to be knocking on our door and we weren’t answering. Literally sitting at my door and no one from there is in my complex. Have ordered from here multiple times and literally never have had a problem getting it delivered.

Pushing it to 3 stars as the food did eventually get here, and the driver was apologetic. Still took way too long.

Hopefully your not trying to order a pizza more then 3 miles from the location because if you are your not getting it delivered.
Bad business in my opinion.
They will not make an exception to the rule.

The people work hard there and always have our order ready on time no matter how small or large the order. They have specials every day. You can also add cheese in the crust for $2 more. The different flavor crusts are something no other pizza place has that I know of. Although it's not an authentic Italian pizza place, my kids like it. ALSO, try the antipasto salad. I couldn't believe how good it was! Now I add it to all my orders. Enjoy.

My family orders fairly regularly, tonight's pizza was off the F$@%&*g hook! Called the store to give a thanks, found out Evan was the one that tossed our pie - Thanks Evan you're a Rock Star!

Food is fine, if you get it. Usually takes a lot longer than others for delivery, and this last time the driver gave the pizza to someone else. Thankfully they gave me a refund but i really like their flavored crust.

Good food and good customer service, the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because EVERY time we try to get delivery, their wait time is well over an hour

Pretty quick, good quality, kinda pricey. Best deals are online, not on phone or in store. Better pizza than most of them

Unbelievable rip-off they will steal your money and pretend you never ever were customer even though you have a statement from your bank showing that you paid them $41 for no pizza no service nothing $41 just to contribute to the Hungry Howie's organization when you call them the main office in Michigan they tell you there's nothing they can do because it's all franchise owned so the franchise owner can rip you off without any consequences from the corporation Hungry Howie's amazing let's make a movement boycott Hungry Howie's!

Pizza is great, service is not. Ordered online, chosen the cinnamon bread and added it to my cart. My order came with no cinnamon and the manager said I did it and did nothing to fix my order because "it was my falt". Why would I order cinnamon bread and take the cinnamon off?

We order the calzones (not sure the correct spelling). But the crust is always cooked too hard to eat. Had to finally put this place on my goodbye list, tired of not getting full & satisfied from throwing away the bread that is too hard to eat.

Ordered two veggie pizzas one without bell peppers and the ratio between the two pizzas were drastically not the same.

Placed an order for delivery thru the app.took an hour and a half to arrive.called store at the 1hr mark and was told that my order was never received.they asked if i wanted to place a new order. 2 mins later delivery guy arrives.my entire order was cold.

The b**** answering the phone is rude as hell. Cancelled the entire order and took my money elsewhere.
