Dr Phan is the first Doctor to treat me like an intelligent person who wants to understand things. He did not come into the room with his script pad and using general statistics about someone my age try to get out the door. He explained things and gave me options that allowed me to choose what would be best for me.
I have told all my friends that if they need a Doctor that treats the individual, Dr. Phan is the one to choose.

Dr. Phan is a miracle worker. He explains the scary stuff about heart malfunction so clearly, drawing diagrams and answering questions carefully. I knew I was in good hands after meeting with him about my ablation surgery.

I have interfaced with this office numerous times over the past few months and each time I do, no matter who I speak to, they are polite, professional and treat you with respect.

All too often doctors offices are too rushed causing a rude effect. I hate interfacing with doctors offices. But this office, again takes the time to ask you how you are today. When I called back specifically to tell the gentleman how I appreciated it, he simply said I am doing my job. Well kudos to him for not only representing this office well but displaying how polite a young person can be.

Since I am here, from the people, who answer the phone, to the one that squeezes your arm for a blood pressure, to the nursing staff, test techs and Dr. PHAN, my heartfelt thanks for treating patients human. And yes the pun was intended.

You will NEVER find a doctor better than Dr. Phan. His bedside manner is unmatched. He truly is amazing and thorough with testing and consulting with you. Couldn’t be more grateful to find a doctor like him!
