Such a clean place to store your RV! So accessible, has security, 24hours, wash area, dump area, pressure washers, air compressors, covered parking, good staff! What more do you need? Propane fill station, you say? Well, that’s coming soon as well! Solid as hell!

We are so glad this place is finally open! The grounds are spotless, the entire site is very secure, all sites are paved, and Taylor and Roger bend over backwards to make sure everyone is happy and in the right spot. Additionally, there is a dump station for RVers as well as pressure washing equipment, and propane is on the way. Couldn't be happier! Best storage spot on the entire west side of the Phoenix valley.

I was one of the very first customers who signed up to store my new 5th wheel at HV-RV Storage while it was still under construction. Taylor kept me appraised when they would be done and worked with me to reserve my preferred space for my RV. The facility is top notch with paved covered and uncovered parking for various lengths of vehicles with easy in and out access. The location just off Hwy 303 & Happy Valley Rd makes it ideal to head north or south around Phoenix to your destination. Everyone working there is courteous and very helpful when needed.

We were so glad to have found HV-RV. The facility is great. They have both covered and uncovered parking. We chose the covered parking with electric hookup. It provides enough power for several hours a day to keep our batteries fully charged. Up front there is also an air compressor and a dump station. The facility is paved and the aisles are nice and wide. This place was a great find.

HV RV Storage is an excellent facility with great staff. We were able to get in when they first opened and have been impressed with not just the price, but the exceptional layout and size of the lanes and spaces. It’s very easy to navigate the lanes when parking our 30’ trailer. We’ve paid more and gotten less at other facilities. Just goes to show when you provide a great product at a good price, you’ll always have happy customers!

This place is amazing. I’ve used other storage facilities before but nothing compares to HV-RV. Having my boat secure 24/7 by security let’s me know my personal items are in good hands. Also being able to get a detail on my things while there was the cherry on the cake for me. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage in the west valley.

FIRST CLASS OPERATION with lots of amenities. We've stored our 45 foot diesel pusher there since HV-RV's opening in November, 2020. Design of facility was done with an emphasis on making navigation for big vehicles very easy. Before finding HV-RV we were very close to buying a piece of land and building our own storage building or RV Port. Security camera's are all over the place and they have on site security company at night as well. Prices are competitive and they are quick to investigate anyone trying to tailgate into lot. I really like the fact that to exit facility you need to enter your code also.

I have been renting a space at HV-RV since shortly after it opened for business a few months ago. Rodger was great and showed me around and helped me select the right space. The facility is exceptionally clean and well kept and the spaces are reasonably priced. On top of that it has great security which was a big concern for me.

This place is the best! Conveniently located just off the 303. Great security and many extras. Power washers, dump and electric. I have a 30 foot covered spot.

I have been storing my truck and trailer here since the very opening day. They have been nothing but AWESOME. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to store anything. It is fully paved, cutting down on dust. With two wash and dump stations! Doesn't get any better than this!

I am very happy to have found HV-RV Storage. The facility is excellent. The access is wide so it is easy to park. They have trash dumpsters, power washers, air and a dump station. Very friendly staff. IMO, it’s the best RV storage facility in NE Phoenix.
