HVAC PARTS AND MORE -open to the public, Surprise AZ

They sell HVAC parts but have no knowledge of basic questions related to the parts they sell. Just asked if changing out water over flow pan was easy and lady on the phone had no clue nor was there anyone there who could help answer my question. Atleast if you go to Home Depot the staff are knowledgeable. Don't recommend this place.

Saved a ton of $$. With the record heat going on right now and A/C servicers backed. This is a perfect DYI spot. Staff is VERY helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fare.

Came home yesterday from a hot days work outside in this killer Az Sun and wouldn't you know it, AC unit was blowing hot air! I called this place about 45 mins before they closed and asked if they had capacitors in stock. The woman on the phone was very nice, very helpful, AND even offered to stay open late while I rushed over there. I got there with about 15 mins to spare and with a picture I had taken of the original capacitor, was able to help me find a replacement. She even assured me that it was simple to hook up and showed me the different prongs and labeling. What an awesome place with friendly and knowledgeable staff! In this day and age this is becoming more and more rare and I appreciate old school customer serve more than I can convey in this review. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Cold house, comfortable night's sleep, and canceled HVAC service appointment! Oh, and it cost me less than $50!
Word of advice to literally anyone with a little handyman (or woman) experience: go buy a backup capacitor! They're simple to replace and one of the most common things to fail in Arizona blistering heat!

Amazing! Turned away from all other AC places because I’m not a licensed HVAC dealer or repair person, anyone can buy AC products at this establishment. A bit more expensive than online, but you can get it TODAY, even on the weekends! Service was knowledgeable and the store seemed equipped with all you would need for home repairs. I am thankful and would highly recommend this establishment.

My house AC went out at 9pm on a Saturday night. Condenser fan failed and started making loud noise.

Called Sunday AM and Valerie helped me find the right part. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Im thankful they were open Sunday. Got it done with her help (and a youtube how-to video.)

I just want to say the lady that helped me get the stuff that I needed was very helpful very knowledgeable and very polite and nice to talk to.
