Hyatt Regency Phoenix reviews
18Great place to stay and convenient to the convention center. Make sure to make reservations ahead for the rooftop restaurant.
We went there to go eat and have a drink but the top was closed and doesn't open until 5 and you have to have reservations
Very beautiful. It's clean, luxurious and the staff is friendly. The restaurant, Compass, is an amazing touch! Go there whether you stay at the Hyatt or not.
Requested a room with a balcony and was lied to that they were unavailable due to maintenance issue when guest in my party were assigned these rooms. Towels were dirty and maid did not stock enough towels in room for all guest, had to track down maid every day for towels because when you call house keeping they never respond to room with request. I completed survey hits sent me and received the standard we will pass this on to our employees response, I followed up with no response from hotel. I would not recommend this hotel there are better hotels in the area that value their customers.
It was a very classy and gorgeous location. Their menus and meals are also favorites of ours. It was delicious!
Loved it! Staff very Friendly. Hotel areas and rooms very clean! Food in the Compass was Fabulous!
Great service and friendly staff, convenient location, and clean room/facility. Highly recommended! Loved the excellent view from the room as well.
Fantastic hotel and exceptional service! All of the staff this hotel have been the most service-oriented and friendliest people I have ever encountered. I have nothing to complain about their service and couldn't ask for more. I wasn't disappointed with my three nights here. I will be back shortly. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know.
Outstanding hotel all the way around. All Covid protocols were being followed, including markers in the elevator to show limited number of passengers to adhere to social distancing, and plenty of hand sanitizer stations around.
Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. Beds were super comfy! Plenty of USB ports around the room to charge your electronics. There were under-bed lights too that came on when you got up during the night. Nice towels and bath products.
Service was wonderful. From valet parking to checking in and waitresses in the restaurant, everyone was friendly, professional and attentive. Best hotel stay I have had in a long time.
Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your resort. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome:)! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed.
My go to place to stay in Phoenix. I am up in Phoenix a great deal. Very clean and great service.

Beautiful and modern
the only reason why we didn't stay another night was because of no complimentary parking
We didn't stay at the Hyatt but we did go to dinner at the compass and it was a fantastic wedding anniversary dinner for me and my wife! Everything was delicious and the price was perfect!
Very nice hotel. Front desk staff was second to none. Housekeeping was so very kind and efficient. However there was an odd number (3) of towels and wash cloths in the rooms which was strange to me.
Lovey large hotel. Didn’t stay here. Just ate in the very fancy rooftop revolving restaurant, Compass Arizona Grill (see separate review). The misters outside are so necessary in August in Phoenix. They have “self-cleaning” elevator buttons and door handles. Not sure how or if the tech works, but it’s reassuring anyway!
It's a great place to stay. It's across the street from the Phoenix Convention center. It's close to area shops. The rooms are nice with very comfortable beds. Helpful Friendly Staff
Great location and hotel. Customer service needs to step up to the challenge from valet to front desk and concierge leadership is lacking. Valet needs more signage or help. The balance of services need training on how to in engage visitors.
Great customer service, awesome gym too. They could use another server in the deli, but I understand staffing issues.
