It only has a queen size bed while other Hyatt like even Hyatt place has king size or double queen. The room is not that cleaned well. And some equipment such as water tap is broken. It supposed to be a higher end Hyatt but not as expected.

Rooms are needing some serious updating
Property and location can't be beat.
Do NOT get a sales pitch from Caterina about time shares!

The location/view is great, but each room has a different view, so if you're unlucky, you can stay across from someone else's accommodation.
