My salesman Steven is the best! He is responsible and business like and appreciate all his help with my transaction. He should be the sales manager!

They made it seem like I had a warranty and when my car completely broke 4k miles later. I was left on my own with a 20k left in car payments and a broken vehicle. Do Not trust them.

Stephen was great! Great communication through the process helped make sure I got what I needed!

DO NOT GO HERE. We bought a car and within 10 min of driving home the car broke down. They took it in to get it "fixed" and 7 days later brought us back our car which broke down within 5 min of having with my kids in the car. If we were on a busy road or freeway we would have gotten into an accident. They went to fix it AGAIN. Got the car back, fast forward 45 days and the car has broken down AGAIN.the owner has not once apologized or reached out. Edwin was no help at all. I would never recommend any person to buy from here. They don't care about what're they're selling you.

Actually we messaged yesterday during business hours but no one responded until this morning. We can post the screenshots if anyone would like them! If you want to buy a car that needs 3k of work put into it after driving it for 30 min then this is the dealership for you! At least they pay for it.which is their legal responsibility so no pat on the back for that. Not a company with an owner that has integrity of any company I would support.

I was very hesitant after having bad experiences at other dealers. However, these people change my views on car dealers very quickly. Edwin was super helpful, extremely nice, and had us in and out in no time. The entire staff greeted both my son and me and made the process effortless. I will return in the future and I will gladly refer anyone that I know needs a car.

John was super friendly and helped out every step of the way. Fast with paperwork and overall sale, now get to drive off with the truck of my dreams and a smile on my face. Thank you John.

2014 Honda Accord EXL with 16K miles on it! My family and I had a fantastic experience with I-10 Premier Auto Sales. Edwin was very patient, kind and respected the fact that we came there to look at a specific car. We normally go to the "Big Dealerships" and went to scout a few cars that same day before we came to meet Edwin. The customer service of everyone there was amazing. We actually had a must better experience here than at the other dealerships we visited. Definitely NOT pushy and no one was bothered that we brought our kids with us. They even included our kids in the conversations we had with everyone. Respect! We will definitely recommend Edwin, Ron, John and their team to anyone. Thanks guys!

This is the second time we have purchased a vehicle from them. We love the service we get and the no nonsense. Edwin and Raymond were great.

The smoothest buying experience we have ever had. I dread the hours I usually have to sit at the dealer after the deal is done. The whole experience was only an hour with a test drive. We will look here again to see if they have what we need on our next vehicle purchase.
