The lady, Mars. She gave a bad review because she ran out without paying. I was there and watched the whole thing! They caught her! Amazing service, cleanliness and talent! They are always very kind and I enjoy going there. Great prices as well! They always do what I want, I love them!

Demi did my nails exactly how I wanted! She took her time and listened to exactly what I wanted from color to shape! I love my nails! Thanks Demi! -Melissa

Three times is a charm. They're not friendly. They don't listen or follow directions. This is my last time coming here. You're better off booking an appointment at a spa or local nail tech on styleseat. The technicians must not be paid well and it shows. I have heard a technician low key beg for a tip when the customer did not have cash he insisted that she could use Zelle or Venmo. That's so unprofessional. There is a plethora of colors on shelf but only allow you to choose from the three books they have with limited colors. You're better off walking to the shelf where they sit to pick them yourself because if you tell them what color and it's not in the book they say they don't have that color and they do. They just don't want to provide a good service and find you the color you want and they don't care about you being a happy customer. Is not priority to them. Them getting to the next customer to make money is. When they service you they keep looking up at the door when customers come in and rush because it seems like they're trying to rush you to get to the customers coming to get serviced and try to get to them before someone else gets to them first. The service is sloppy because of this and they are rough with your cuticles and do not but graze across the bottom of your foot to remove dead skin so your feet still end up dry rough and not soft. This day the tech smeared polish on my toe and not the nail rushing and looking at the door when a customer can in. With my manicure she cut my real nail too short and I was bleeding. I requested to get a soak off because I did not want to damage my nails further she filed my nails down to remove the gel but there was still small chips of the old gel polish on the nail and she just painted over them. They use fruity lotions for your manicures and pedicures also are not a spa smell and smells cheap and disgusting especially how expensive it is and quick and rushed. She asked me to pay after she painted my nails w base clear polish since I was just getting a regular manicure and polish but it was tacky because I still had to get my eyebrows done. She told me to go to the back to get my eyebrows done did not walk me back just pointed but the light was not on so I sat there in the dark waiting until the eyebrow tech came back. To top it off the wax was too hot and around my eyebrows are irritated. It's so bad. Last time it was similar. Thought I'd give it one more shot. I am a hair stylist and this is the worst service, people come in this establishment to relax and de-stress not for this. This nail salon is the ghetto. One more thing the manger caters only to pretty rich women and will not take anyone else. And depending on what race it seems they will discriminate against because of status or racial discrimination. It's unethical and disgusting. Spend your money somewhere else.

They are nice. I went here twice. The first time lasted a long time even stayed after hours to finish I did show my appreciation. The second girl was awesome but the nails itself next day like it was three were going to break. One did! And one week it did. Diamond fell next day but eh on another one idk if worth the 100 Bucks I paid what you think?

I was very excited about coming here for the first time. From the moment I walked in, my daughter and I were super rushed. I got a full set, $50. Within 4 days, half my nails fell off. I would recommend going somewhere else.

**WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
While getting my bows done nail tech dripped wax on to my eyelashes! She spent 3 minutes whipping it out with tea tree oil.
After my eye was burning I was immediately on the phone with poison control.
Demi did not apologize or take any accountability. She is the worst. I’ve had to file a formal complaint with the cosmetology board in hopes they investigate this tech’s credentials.

They do a good job but some of the staff are not friendly and don't personalize the experience.

I got a full set of acrylics done. The appointment took longer than I’ve ever experienced, and it’s no mystery why. The nail tech (Jackie?) was on the phone throughout the entire appointment. She’d take every phone call she would get and she didn’t pick up to say “ can I call you back, ” she would have full conversations, loudly too. She was very distracted and burned my skin several times with the drill. She had to wipe away the paint she did because she messed up twice but still never thought to try and focus more on what she was doing. When she wasn’t on the phone she’d talk to another employee who was across the salon so she’d have to speak so loudly for him to hear. It was headache inducing.
I was tired and not up for any confrontation so I just dealt with it.
She was so impolite and I felt like I was inconveniencing her to have made an appointment. I’ll never go back because there are no standards for professionalism clearly.

It was my first time ever going here and had the best experience. Michael did my nails EXACTLY like I wanted and I didn't feel rushed at all. I'll definitely be going back:)

This review is for the Cortaro location. I had a terrible experience. I got a gel mani/pedi. I don't know if my nail tech was in a hurry or something, but she was very rough. Not relaxing at all. My toes sting from her cutting my cuticles too rough. My right thumb also bled a bit. The massage was a joke. I brought my daughter with me as well. I told them I didn't want her cuticles cut, and they argued with me. I've had a great experience at the Oro Valley location, but I will never come back to the Cortaro location again.

Way over priced for the quality. I feel like I wasted my hard earn money for a painful (literally) experience. Hopefully they will see this and offer a partial refund. No one there is friendly at all.

I felt like I was interrupting their day by being there.

Tom is the absolute best! He’s been doing my nails for years and will always recommend him to anyone who asks. Here’s 2 sets he’s done for me. The acrylic lasts so long as well!

The atmosphere is nice, the pedicure chairs are a little rough for me. Usually the staff is friendly, have had a couple technicians that were stand offish. It's a very busy, popular place so they must be doing something right.

Worst experience that I’ve endured at a nail salon EVER!
I’ve been getting my nails done for decades now as well as being a licensed cosmetologist myself and having acrylic nail tech in my active cosmetology license. To say the least I’m in the business. I do hair for a living. Therefore I could very well do my own nails but it takes time and I don’t mind paying for someone else to do it for me. I’ve been to this salon many times. I’ve always had a pleasant experience in the past, although they are expensive but mostly worth it. That is Until last night when my nail tech treated me extremely aggressive the entire service.
She cut my cuticles while drilling the acrylic on ever finger and then would blame me instead of taking ownership and apologizing. I had a broken pinky nail I asked her to be mindful of and she was the most hostile with that specific finger. She squeezed every finger and twisted them while drilling to where they were turning purple. She was not gentle in any shape or form. (Which being licensed I know that the clients well being is always first at hand. But not to this nail tech.) I picked out a color with my husband, she watched us and listened to us pick the color and discuss why we thought it was the perfect shade of black. Then once she starting applying we both could see it wasn’t black it was very dark purple. I kindly stopped here immediately to tell her that I want black before she begins to start all the nails and to explain my apologies that this color looked black in the book. She gave me so much attitude in her response and told me why I should have just told her black and not look in the book. Aggressively might I add again. At the end I was just ready to go home. But when she told me my amount I asked her while some of the charges were there because I got a fill with a couple repairs and she charged me $71 so when I asked for her to break down the pricing for me, so I can have a better understanding why it is so extremely higher than normal. She proceeded to treat me with zero respect, no explanation and just flat out yelling and demanding that I pay. Not ever once explaining while I was being over charged.
So I looked at the computer to see why it was so expensive this time. She didn’t even want to show me. And was trying to block me from seeing.super aggressive yet again. I saw The overcharge was for the length of my nails. Which didn’t make any sense to me at all because when I came in I asked her to cut my nails short because they were to long. Hence the broken pinky nail mishap. I wanted shorter nails. And she made them much much shorter. So to see this charge on the bill I inquired more about it. She could never give me an explanation she only starting yelling and screaming and getting in my face. She threatened to call the owner, which was fine by me because I truly just wanted an explanation on a charge I’ve never had in the past especially after the worst experience with an antagonistic nail tech. Then she switched up and said instead she was going to call the cops because she was accusing me of not wanting to pay. While I’m holding my debit card in hand ready to pay might I add. I realized I wasn’t going to get the literal and factual answer as to why I was being overcharged for a service I didn’t have and she was only becoming more and more belligerent as the seconds were passing. I asked the other woman standing there stoic watching this entire thing if she would kindly please print out my receipt and I will pay for all the charges because it was no longer a safe environment.
When one question turned into an absolute meltdown and full of threats it is safe to say I will never step foot back into that establishment ever again. The most unprofessional thing I’ve ever witnessed ESPECIALLY as a licensed cosmetologist of 10 years.

Took my daughter here for her birthday to get her nails done. They got us right in as a walk-in, were very friendly, and did exactly what she asked for. We left very happy and would highly recommend. We'll be back!

This was my first time coming, it was recommended by a friend. I had an appointment and got in within a few min of my appointment time. The decor is pretty, it’s clean and comfortable. An employee asked if we wanted water and brought us bottles of water. They have a nice selection of polishes and services. I got a spa pedicure. Prices in their brochure were listed as slightly cheaper but when I sat down they handed me a list of services with prices so I wasn’t surprised at the prices and it was all very up front. My pedicure was about 40 min and cost $40. The woman did a nice job and I was happy. My only gripe is that I asked for regular polish (not gel) my nails dried in the salon for nearly 20 min and after an hour the polish was still soft and my polish ended up getting damaged.
Overall, it was a good experience, I’d go back.

Never again. Spent $237 for 3 people. My nails were poorly done so I went back 2 days later. They were annoyed with me. Yes they were redone. The nail tech didn't apologize and when I was done he said nothing. He just started helping another client. 7 days later I have 4 broken nails. NOT HAPPY!

Reservations strongly advised and to make an appointment on Facebook. How? There's no option to do so. So, I sent a DM. The phone forwards to voicemail? I left a message explaining the services needed, gave options for times and dates, and left my phone number. I'll update my post if I get any responses.

This has been my favorite nail salon I’ve gone to! The staff provides excellent aftercare instructions to ensure long-lasting results. Loved getting my nails done at I Touch Day Spa! Excellent results. My gel nails always look natural, not thick and gloppy!

I Touch Day Spa did truly an amazing job. First time getting acrylic nails. This place is awesome. The prices are very reasonable for the level of service. This is a unique experience, well worth the price.
