I've had both of our cars serviced by Iconic Automotive, and I've found the service to be excellent and the prices quite reasonable.

We took our truck to transmission shop and they told us we needed a new transmission. Took it to iconic and it was something disconnected! That was it! Best automotive place ever. Fast, fair pricing, honest, gooood people, soooo good at their trade and diagnosing. We have taken many cars here and just the best!

Had an emergency repair needed while up in Prescott. These guys got me in the same day and got me back on the road within hours. Not only did they fix the problem (water pump) but also discovered that I had a bad radiator and fixed that too. They were capable honest and fair. I am so grateful for them and their quick work, I didn't have to miss a day of work and was able to get home on the same day. Thanks guys! I recommend them highly.

I had a no turbo boost issue with my 2012 F250 Powerstroke while towing a dump trailer. Plenty of boost with no trailer, only a problem when hooked to the trailer. No check engine light either. I took the truck to Iconic Automotive based on reviews on-line. Dave, one of the diesel mechanics, spent the better part of two days trying to figure out what was causing the lack of boost. On day two with no answer yet as to the cause, Dave hooked the truck up to one of their trailers, and the truck had boost. Turns out as near as we and figure, was the fact the the dump trailer battery was near dead, and causing issues with the truck computer. After a new battery in my trailer, the truck runs as it should. When I went to pay the bill, Jenny, the gal in the office, told me that there would be NO CHARGE. I was amazed, as I expected to pay for the time they had spent trying to track down the problem. Thank you Iconic Automotive, you just gained a new customer.

Got turned down by countless shops because my vehicle is a diesel and "too old". Called this shop and they took care of it in a timely manner and made sure I was updated and had a ride to the shop. Amazing customer service that goes above and beyond. I will only be going to this establishment for any of my vehicles problems or maintenance I can't do myself.

Was in a bit of a pinch when my main work truck lost a radiator! I couldn’t even find a radiator that would show up in the next week, but somehow rob and his crew got a radiator here in under a day and my truck back on the road in no time! Thank you Jenny and David for your excellent care and turn time in getting us safely back on the road with our new Tires. Sprinter Vans are a large vehicle that not everyone can manage. When in the Prescott area, this has to be THE Go-To for automotive care.

I hate to share bad reviews but I had a really bad experience with Iconic Automotive I brought my truck in as a small business owner they told me it would take a week before they could look at it which I agreed upon after claiming it was fixed and $2650 later it left me stranded out on the road I returned the vehicle they checked everything over and told me it was ready to go only to find myself stranded once again after Paying $569 to have it towed to another shop in PV were they resolve the problem I’m sorry but I was unhappy with the service

Rob at Iconic Automotive repaired the clutch and got my favorite toy working again. Excellent customer service And very fair pricing. I am a customer for life!
