Great service, got me in and out with 4 new tires. Very thorough and explained everything they did.

Could not diagnose the problem with my car. 3 days later and nearly $1900 later they claimed it was fixed. We picked in up and they said there were multiple things wrong with it now. Never had a single problem with the car. Drove 4 miles and check engine light comes on and is misfiring. Did not have a single engine problem when we dropped it off. Now we have issues. Taking the car to another shop that can look at it.

Mark was an outstanding customer service provider. He’d taken care of my Prius V earlier this year and recommended replacement tires by about this time so I went back to Iconic. I went with his suggested tire set and have confidence it was a great choice.

Great service from the phone call the day prior to service! Thoroughly inspected my car and reported back with details and answered any questions I had. They gave me options and worked with my personal schedule as well as theirs! I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you guys!

Tried for the first time on a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. During the work, they found my turbo hose was not connected. They connected the hose and voila. Turbo functioning again. Mike is a Marine veteran who treats customers with respect and is well mannered. 4 out of 5.5 star ratings don't exist for me. Thanks Mike and Alex.
