The staff was absolutely incredible! Friendly atmosphere and the nurses and the lady in the front answered any questions I had.

I am so happy I came to this Ideal Image. I’m having laser treatment done on my entire upper body. I’ve had 5 complete sessions so far and the results are dramatic. I’m Italian and had thick dark coarse hair and now I’m at the point where my skin is extremely smooth and almost totally hairless. I don’t even have to shave anymore. Macey has been my primary nurse and she has been amazing. She’s extremely professional and efficient at what she does and always makes me smile and feel at ease and comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend this place and Macey in particular. My wife gets Botox done there and she is equally happy with the results and the excellent service. I’m very happy I chose to come here and look forward to getting my final treatments and finally never having to worry about shaving my body/having hair where I don’t want it ever again.

Ana did an amazing job when I had lip-filler injections. She was very professional and I had minimal pain during the procedure. I would highly recommend Ana for any services at this location!

This company and this location are absolutely horrible. I should have read the reviews prior to doing business with them! I am in the process of pressing charges for fraud and obtaining an attorney.

They routinely have you procedures paid for in advance, which I am completely on board with. However they will quote you one price and charge you an entirely different price, without explanation. The receptionist without my knowledge or consent ran my credit a second time, during my treatment. Then she processed an out 1400.00 in an alley account. I already had one open account with plenty of borrowing space left. There was no reason for me to open another account. I had already paid 2950.00 and the.another 4950.00 I had two sessions on my abdomen a total of three areas treated. My last treatment when the receptionist did this, on my way home I recieved an email confirmation of my appt for that afternoon? I had just had my procedure done why would I have another the same day when you have to wait 30 days in between. I had a scheduled appt for 30 days after this and to my surprise it was cancelled again without explanatio. I left Messages for the manager and after the second try she responded. I do not think that she ever received my requests, she took my information, said she would get back to me. She also said that my credit would not be affected by another inquiry. Not so my credit took another hit from the receptionist actions.
I then was told by the manager to fix the situation, she would comp me two sessions, and no further chargers would be made. Well a week later I received a new loan document from ally for 1400.00.this time I contacted ally informing them that this was not a loan okayed by me. The also removed the inquiry from my credit report and put in a dispute with ideal image. They were completely on my side.

I received a phone call from ideal image saying that if I didn't drop the claim all paid for procedures would be forfeited! This person told me I did sign the document and had in fact used them on my last visit! If you recall all procedures are to paid in full prior to even making an appointment, so how is this possible?

This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. They want your money but don't care about your satisfaction. What a waste of 8000.00 plus dollars!

The procedure did not work, I did everything my nurse told me to do. A complete scam.

Facility was clean & staff well trained & professional. My nurse, Kathleen, explained my procedure thoroughly & let me know exactly what to expect. She made me feel comfortable & took her time with my treatment. All staff was very nice.

I was a bit nervous at first, but the staff was amazing. Ana took her time with me, answered all my questions, walked me through the process. It was my first time getting Botox. Her knowledge, attention to customer care, and her skills were of great comfort that day. I love the results. I am very happy I chose Ideal Image, and I will be back!

Always a pleasure going here! Very clean and professional atmosphere with nice, knowledgeable staff. The nurses are always extremely courteous and sympathetic to the discomfort of the treatment. Had a great session with Macy today who was speedy and thorough with the increasing laser heat. Awesome results and experience every time!

Lisa was very nice and helpful. She helped me set up zoom. I was told that I could still get the 50% off but when I talked to Lisa I was told that she couldn't give me 50% off. That disappointed me. I only make $1,150 a month on social security. I almost feel like canceling because when you are told that you're going to get 50% off they should honor it. I am still considering canceling because I need my little bit of savings that I have for emergencies and this is not an emergency.

I am 100% satisfied with my experience. The technicians were always lovely to work with. My hair is 99% gone and I never had a bad reaction to treatments.

Absolutely worst place ever. Wouldn’t even go here if services were offered for free. Zero professionalism. Courtney White in particular, doesn’t return phone calls they just hook you and then are done with you. Thank god I was able to cancel my loan with ally lending.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I am so disappointed. I scheduled and confirmed for the first phone consult (not even the zoom one you do, that’s after this), they called me on the day before, 6 times! That should have been my first red flag, 2nd I finally was able to answer, during this phone consult I’m told I would be given $100 off for the misunderstanding with the phone call and so many times, I’m transferred to the zoom call talk for not even 5 mins and they say oh it’s actually only $25 off sorry, for the actual consultation, cool, NOT, the zoom call dropped 3 times (not on my end) so I then no longer have time to talk as I’m a preschool teacher and nap time was over. They continued to call and email multiple times, I finally blocked this places number. I will never ever reschedule here, such a hassle and SO pushy! Not to mention I was told $100 off then not even 10min later oh it’s only $25 sorry. No thanks, I’d rather go somewhere honest.

Booked a procedure. 9/28/2021. Canceled procedure after I received a medical form from them, due to the fact my neurologist stated I could not have this procedure done. Contacted Nina Simon through email as she stated it would be the best way, send medical letter and doctors letter. Nina claims she filed letter into my file which apparently ideal imaging stated they never receive. Hmmm I find this strange, i have email from Nina Simon stating she received and filed.
$1500 and 3 months later with contact back to back with customer service, Abagail new assigned case worker to case to be told the same thing over and over. She also asked me to mail back cream kit they sell you for after the procedure is completed, $328, which I explained it’s still in in-closed box. Why would I return anything at this point and I’m still trying to retrieve my refund with no luck. This has been very stressful and my medical does situation does not need this.
Nina Simon swiped my debit card 3 times without consent once my money was-successfully transferred then emailed their doctor medical form after swiping debit card. And-successfully retrieving $1500. If medical form would have been send prior to payment I would not be here short of $1500. I would have seen most of my Symptoms. “This Company Has To Be On Alert”

Ive only had one visit so far. But my tech was very helpful in answering all my questions. I was pretty nervous, but she helped me to be comfortable throughout my visit.

Not sure how this treatment works but I was told at my consultation that it would take 5 sessions of bbl treatment to fade away my sunspots so I fell for it and paid $1000. I completed my 4th session a few weeks ago and sun spots didn’t fade a bit. I still got one more session to go but for now I’m giving it a one star. Im hoping for some kind a results.
