So far my experience here has been great! Just had my 2nd session laser hair removal and was WAY better than the first. Morgan was super friendly too!

First time at this location. Everyone was really nice. Clean inside and outside. Even though I had already had laser treatments at another location my technician went over everything she was going to do and what I need to do after my treatment.

I had such an amazing experience! Really caring and helpful nurses. Answers all questions and made a great experience for me while receiving treatment. Highly recommend:)

Absolutely amazing. So helpful, answered questions I had. I was nervous, undressing for anything is nerve wracking but she was so cool and welcoming and made sure I was doing ok through the whole process

Everything was fine. Not my first treatment so I knew what to expect. Very clean and professional. Felt comfortable.

I’m getting married in a few months. I made an appointment for fillers. $500.when I had a place that was much more affordable. I went with ideal because I’ve been there before and was pleased with the results. Long story short, something completely out of my control, my appointment gets cancelled and pushed out to who knows when because of COVID. This is out of my control as well as ideals. But what IS in your control is a refund which I was denied. So now I will have to spend additional money to have this done in a decent time before my wedding elsewhere. Thanks for taking care of me.

Every single time I come here it's a pleasant experience. The staff is AMAZING, from the front desk staff to the RNs who work with the lasers! They make you feel comfortable and always go the extra mile for their clients. I can say that my journey with ideal image has been nothing but positive. And the results! I'm pleased with my decision and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rid of their unwanted hair.

I got my lips done yesterday and they look amazing I could not be happier and the staff was so super friendly and supportive and they made sure I was comfortable and taken care of! Love the ideal image staff!

The staff and management team at this Scottsdale location is outstanding! They are very kind and listen to your exact wants and needs. I go to Ideal Image for their laser hair removal. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. I was feeling a little woozy during my Juvederm injection and they stopped immediately. Giving me water and an ice pack, she put me at ease and I didn’t feel rushed when we started again. The process was great and the results even better. Thank you ladies!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the fact that they answered all my questions in a gracious and courteous manner even though it is probably the thousandth time they've heard them. They have great communication through emails and phone calls. They are very flexible when it come to appointments and even have later hours throughout the week to accommodate those who have different work shifts. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

I am a repeat Ideal Image customer, male and in my 60's. Had some long time overdue work done. Laser hair removal, ultherapy and cool sculpting. Loved the changes made to my body and body image. Everyone at Ideal Image is kind, patient, and super knowledgeable. And beyond that, the treatments have been very effective. I started with three areas, and quickly added a fourth because I was so happy with the other areas treated. The sessions are quick and, while a little painful, totally worth it!

I spent a rediculous amount of money I've the time of 2 years or so with no permanent results. Some places the hair was thicker. WTF they promise these results and don't deliver. I would recommend to save the money and don't get scammed into there promises or warranties it's all BS.there just stealing your hard worked money

Very unhappy! It was very easy to make the appointment. I even showed up for my appointment well i made it to rhe parking lot. I got lost in their parking lot it's a very big area.they didn't give me explicit directions. I called them from the parking lot trying to find them it took me three calls and 10 minutes to get through to them when I finally got through to them it took them another seven minutes to get to my call to give me directions at which time I was 10 minutes late for my appointment that I was told was going to take an hour.they told me they would have to see if they can even get me in because they scheduled people back to back to wish I replied you gave me an hour appointment well we don't know if we can see you because you're so late I told them I'm late because you wouldn't pick up your phone I'm in your parking lot I don't know where your office is can I have directions and again she told me will let me go back and see if we can still even see you at which time I just said you know what if you don't need my business then I don't need to see you and if you couldn't give me good directions and you couldn't guide me to your office then you didn't need my money. I've been battling with my hair issue for years and I was sure thing but I guess you have so much business out there that you didn't need one other person as a customer thank you for your time but no thank you
