I am very pleased with his service! I had dropped my IPhone X and the screen blacked out. He replaced the LCD screen within 45 minutes and for a very reasonable price!

We took a smashed iPad and my cracked iPhone 8 in, the super friendly guy had them both fixed in a hour tops for less than the price of fixing one through Apple. So grateful!

The owner here does an AHmazing job with phone repairs. He charges less than the mall or phone service provider and does a quality job. I highly recommend this place.

Brought my ipod in for battery replacement while on vaca because I could not find anyone in Illinois willing to touch my model ipod.iDoctor had it repaired in less than 1 hour for a very reasonable price. I will be shipping my unit back here for future repairs!

Amazing customer service and completely saved my husband when he broke his iPad screen and needed to access reports on it that night. We called and were so thankful to hear they carried the screen we needed (all others we called prior said they'd have to order), my husband got there as soon as he could just a few minutes before close and he was taken care of. Can't recommend the service and quality repair work enough!

I am glad I payed attention to the other reviews and not the last one. My experience was great. I went in today, the owner Vahe assisted me with my Wife's IPhone6. The glass was broken and he replaced it while I ate lunch next door. Very reasonable on the price. He mentioned that he will warranty his work. I am sure that he would try to resolve any issues if I had any. Thank you for your help today Vahe!

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE! If you're looking for the shop, it's inside a Water & Ice store. There's a sign that says "phone repair" in the window.

I walked in at 4: 50 p.m. On a Tuesday. I explained my issue and the gentleman who was working tonight said it would be 20-25 minutes. Cool. I'll wait. He takes my phone into the back and does the repair. I swear it was closer to 15 minutes when he was done. I was out of there and on my way so fast! Bonus: He even sold me a tempered glass screen protecter and installed it for me! One less thing for me to do tonight so I am very happy!

Hopefully I don't crack my screen again but if I do, I will be back here for repairs.

I’m revising my original review. My criticism was regarding the parts he uses, specifically as it relates to iPhones. I was wrong.

After his reply to my original review, I did some research. I found that after a hard reset, my iPhone worked just fine.

I thank the business owner for his reply as it made me “think different” about how to solve the problem.

I wouldn’t suggest bringing your iPhone here. He’s a nice guy and did a clean job at a reasonable rate, but the glass he put on my phone is bad.

I asked if he used genuine parts. He said yes. My phone hasn’t worked right since. I thought it’s just what I should expect with replacement glass, but I was recently informed by Apple that my issues with iOS 11 are due to the glass used during the replacement.

It’s an unfortunate lesson for me. Perhaps you can avoid it.

Second time getting a screen replacement on an iPhone 6S, and the owner delivers speedy, excellent service and quality. Totally recommend!

He fixed both my iPhone's battery and a problem I was having with the speaker in 30 mins. Reasonable price!

He was quick, professional and gave me one of the best rates. I called all around and everyone was more expensive!

No complaints.super fast I think he repaired my iphone (shattered screen) in less than 20 minutes. Looks brand new again and totally affordable! Hopefully I won't be back soon but if I ever need a repair I know where to go.
