2Zero stars for robbery - I had a move this morning from a two bedroom apartment to a one bedroom in the complex immediately next door. Before the move they told me that I should pay in cash to avoid a service fee paying with a credit card and I prepared cash for the amount estimated. During the move they told me that it would be $582 which is nearly double what I was told. After paying them the cash I got an invoice for $320. My calls have been going straight to voicemail and my emails have gone unanswered. I want my money back
I had the IDR team move my 4800 square foot home from Gilbert to PV and they did amazing professional work. The four guys were well spoken, friendly, and so careful. They also hung all of my mirrors and artwork for me as well. I would recommend IDR for any of your moving needs! Thank you IDR!
