IHOP, Phoenix AZ

Had about an hour before our 1st delivery so me and my coworker stopped here to get a to go order. The waitress was awesome. She quickly got our order, brought out coffee and cream and got us on our way fast. She was very nice and handled the floor professionally. The food was on point. I got a turkey and avocado sandwich and was impressed at the level of quality. IHOP stepped it up. The fruit I ordered for a side was good too! Berries and pineapple not the typical honeydew and cantaloupe normally expected. Very good!

Took 2 hours to get our food thank god we weren't in a hurry my friend found a hair in her chicken fried steak yukk they didn't charge us for that meal waiter was very unattentive I asked for toast he brought me untoasted bread with no butter. My food was good my friends steak was too tough to eat it wasn't appetizing looking the steak knife couldn't even cut it. I asked him to toast my bread please and he did. Overall service wasn't great food was mediocre. If you're looking for a place for a quick breakfast don't go here! I saw in the kitchen the chefs had no hair nets no wonder we had a hair in our food.

Great service. I came in with a party of 10 and the server was very patient and helpful. The space was clean, and the food was good, although the chicken strips were a little dry.

I'm visiting from Virginia and this IHOP was very hot inside, my burger was not cooked through but our server only came back once to give us the check. Very disappointed.

I had a delicious eggs Benedict meal with bacon and jam on an English muffin. It was so good and I got plenty of coffee. We had to wait awhile to get our food and there wasn't too many people in the restaurant so I give service 4 out of 5.

Updating my review from 3yrs ago, new staff and management now. It's not any better. Dined-in today, May 30 2023, and I had to wait 10min just to be offered a drink. Ordered a classic bowl and asked for the banana strawberry French toast meal as well. Get the order and they serve me 1 slice of French toast and the bowl. When I asked where's my 2nd slice of French toast I'm told they will have to charge me extra for it. By default it's supposed to come with 2 slices. Lady comes back and says "I thought u wanted that as a side. " If I wanted it as a side, I would say that, but I said I wanted the meal. The cook is fast, but the waitresses need a lot of work.

Service was okay, waitress wasn't rude at all but not very friendly, it was very clear to us that she was there to do a Job and exactly what she did, waiting for our food was ridiculous. 45.mins to get our food was just too much, we did order steak omelettes so maybe that was the reason she also got our toast order wrong so we had to wait a little longer, the place was not busy at all so we couldn't understand what the problem was. Once we got our food nothing in the world matter, our food was to die for OMG french toast with strawberry and bananas! Highly recommended. And before I forget word of advice, be prepared for the new IHOP prices.we paid $67.00 for two of us for breakfast.

This one is a hard one, one of the ladies was sweet the other one was hella rude. My eggs taste like they sat in a refrigerator then reheated. But they took it off so that was sweet even my kids said the same thing about their eggs but didn't want to upset the girls.

John Steinbeck once wrote that there are no bad breakfasts. He never visited the IHOP by Fairfield Marriott.

25 minutes to get water. The crepes were watery and spongy, I don't know how you make them like this, a few blueberries on top, no fruit sauce and that was your fruit crepe. The english muffin was untoasted and I was leaving by the time the new order arrived. The sausage was better at the free breakfast at Marriott, I did a night in jail once when I was a teen, it brought back memories. They did make an egg ok.

The only highlight was the server. She was nice albeit very very busy. She tried!

I hadn't eaten since the day before, worked my 10 hr shift, and chose IHOP for a steak and eggs. Kayla was an awesome waitress and food was just what I needed.

Horrible customer service unorganized! Walked out refuse to ever eat here hire people that want to work and acknowledge customers

We went there on a Saturday afternoon and they seemed a little understaffed. But I still enjoyed the food. I love that you can get a side of pancakes included with a sandwich.

It was a nice stop our eggs didn't taste fresh but she helped us to get it fixed. One server didn't seem happy with her job, not busy either we were the only people there
All in all I'll go back and try it once more and let y'all know.

Sat me and my wife down at a dirty table. Brought us water with no straws. Put the order in and got an appetizer, No silverware. So we basically had to ask for EVERYTHING that should've been second nature to a server. Don't go here.

Different four tables that were eating their food and we were it would be a twenty minute wait if we wanted to get a table for two the date chef a k cook Was overwhelmed but everybody in the restaurant was already eating so not sure what he was overwhelmed with but the place was filthy the door going into out of the front door was gross they didn't want to touch it it was all dirty everywhere on it hadn't been Cleaned god knows how long The server slash hostess who came to tell us that it was going to be a twenty minute wait look like she hadn't showered in a minute or two It added overall ghetto Feel to it Would not recommend eating there or doing take out we try to do that as well before we got there And so how gross it was but we ordered at two thirty a m or tried to and we're told that we were not able to pick up our food until seven sixteen a m ridiculous when you have four tables.

Whoever was waitressing today were terrible waitresses. Came here before and had great service. Management needs to do something about this. They didn't seem to care didn't barely stop by the table and we along with many other people sat there for over an hour with nothing. Wasn't even a ton of people. Last time there were more people and better service.
