Always have a great experience going here. We start with lunch at the IKEA eatery and then shop the store for things we might need. We have bought four mattresses from here and two beds and they have been great. It's a great store, very clean, and fun to buy things for the house.

Always love me an IKEA trip. Was a pretty decent place to work part time while in college too. ASU students should definitely keep it in mind.

Was not a fan. I didn't like the being forced to through the entire store rather than just look at what I wanted to see. People blocking you as your walking or breathing down your neck trying to get past you. Its shopping their way and not designed for the shopper. And why no free bags for my stuff? How is forcing me to buy a bag for a dollar saving the planet? Won't be back

One of my favourite places. IKEA sells everything that goes in an apartment or a house. Very tasty food in the Cafeteria. Very good coffee. Very clean restrooms. Super Staff. Great Prices. I have to go to IKEA at least twice a year to replace my laundry bags because friends and relatives take them when I am asleep:)

Went for a little Ikea walk through date and of course stopped for lunch at the cafeteria. The food was fast, tasty and very appropriately priced as always.

Great place for cheap, particle board furniture. Be prepared for long lines at the check out counters though. I visit about 4 time a year, and without fail, I've easily spent at least 15 minutes, usually more, in line waiting to get out.

Nothing great about Ikea! Had to walk all over the store to find an overloaded employee to find out where to ck out. Had to hunt our three items in the huge warehouse ourselves, then spend 20 minutes in ck out line.
After putting our two drawer locking file cabinet together (assembly instructions aren't to good) I find the locking unit absolutely will not work. (junk). 20 minutes waiting for customer service to answer, I'm told to watch a U tube video to try fix it, or return it. The video didn't help.
A floor lamp was made so the lamp unit is shinning 15 degrees to the right with no way to adjust it. That's going back, too.
A small, 27 inch makeup table with mirror has the poorest instruction sheet I've ever tried to read. I've spent my entire life assembling everything from toys, bike, to the largest farm implements, and I farm, so I know how to do stuff.but that little table and the lousy instructions about took my patience away.

Don't get me wrong, it's a very nice place. However, I'm still lost inside and the tall faceless entities inhabiting this place is unsettling. Other than that, 10/10 would get lost again.

Awesome furniture, awesome prices, but sometimes the line can be ridiculously long, like 30 minutes long. Coming from a retail management background, I've worked with little payroll and few employees scheduled compared to the large amount of foot traffic received, and it sucked. The customer experience sucks. When you're too cheap to spend more on payroll during peak (but non-holiday) hours, and your goal is to give customers a superior customer experience, you're literally stabbing yourself in the back. Spend the extra couple hundred dollars and drop the wait time by 25 minutes. Your customers will be very happy and much more likely to come back without having to dread waiting in line.

Great store and most of the staff are super friendly. Awesome prices, just like most places some items are not the greatest quality but some are. I would definitely suggest visiting.

Nice modern furniture for the price. Lots of clever storage options as well. Make sure to browse the "As-Is" section near the registers on the right as well as the downstairs food court (past the registers) for cheap hot dogs and ice cream.

Came to exchange a product. The wait time was horrible! Needed to wait about an hour and half for getting any service. Super bad! I was trying to talk to a manager and they only answer I got was “nothing I can do”. There’s 5 desks only two employees working there!

I love IKEA! My husband is Swedish so we are able to get some hard to find things in regards to food or candy, etc. Also, we've done a few IKEA kitchens in our projects and they are the best! Not only good customer service but great products too.

NEVER order from their site. I have not had the same issue 3 times. They say one delivery date and then then change it without notice. I even selected a date that was far from when I needed the products this time. Called customer service and was treated poorly. Like it was my fault. Never trust their delivery times ever. Just add 4-10 days after their estimated delivery date.

The customer service here is non existent. I watched groups of them walk around together and have personal conversations, not bothering to all anyone if they needed anything. I returned to complete a purchase and did not want the issue at the register I had a few days prior, tried to call and couldn't, so I went to customer service when I came in, they checked said it was fine and I proceeded to the register, only to have them tell me they would be someone to check on it, because no one had.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Before check out, no help around to load the shopping cart. After check out, help was non- existent. I had to load up the cart and the car alone. Boxes of the kits are dense and heavy. Hard for this 71 year old guy to do.

We love Ikea but it would be great if the temperature was more tolerable! My 2 year old was sweating by the time we left

They have 4 Blink car chargers here. Only the one in the middle works good. The others are low power and high priced by the minute.

I'm the kind of person who just likes looking at stuff. This place has a lot of stuff I can look at.

Breakfast was great and cheap! Love walking around and looking at everything. Only issue I had was that they only had three registers open and the lines were too long!
