Could not be happier with the outcome of our new flooring! The Illustrious crew came when they said they would come and they worked hard until the project was done. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again on our next flooring project.

I am a Certified Tile Installer out of North Texas and I have no Hardwood and Laminate CFI in my area. When I have questions pertaining to this area of flooring Illustrious Hardwood is first call. The guys here have always been willing to answer my questions and help me out, even though I am not in their market. Kyle is a great asset to our industry and many contractors go to him regularly for advice.

I contacted Kyle after recently purchasing a home that need some flooring work done. He removed carpet in a living room/dining room and installed a vinyl plank that matched what was currently in the rest of the home. I also removed an old cabinet that had old flooring installed underneath and needed repair. Kyle did an amazing job all the way around. The repair job under the old cabinet was seamless and you would never know it was added after the original install. You can tell he has a lot of pride in delivering a good end result and his attention to detail was evident from the beginning. Great communication, honest, fair, and easy to work with. Very satisfied customer.

Kyle was very responsive, on-time and professional. We have a 20 year old home and had the floors in four rooms re-done. As with many remodeling projects you never know what you will find. Kyle was able to quickly provide solutions for issues that crept up once the old floors were removed. He was able to offer multiple options and solutions that resulted in beautiful floors being installed. We would definitely recommend Kyle and use him for any flooring project from now on.
