Time flies so fast and I can’t believe that I have been going to Dr Roxane Z for more than five years now. I enrolled in their wellness program to keep my spine strong and healthy. Now I go once a month even if I feel good just to make sure that all’s running good. I feel great! I’m so blessed to have found her. Thank you Dr Z

I came here about 4 months ago with my lower back hurting. It was bad. Even standing while cooking was a pain. Before this happened I was exercising 3 times a week. My last chiropractic care was done abroad more than 15 years ago. The discomfort/rubbing pain wasn’t an usual muscle spasm like I thought it was. Tylenol and Advil was a temporary relief. I realized then that I needed to see a chiropractor. I was choosing between coming here or going to my mother-in-law’s chiropractor in Desert Ridge. I did go to Desert Ridge just to check it out but injections for the pain were part of the program they presented to me and I definitely didn’t like that option. The environment wasn’t relaxing at all. Too much noise. I was looking for an ambience that was more zen-like rather than an upbeat environment. When I entered this clinic there wasn’t any loud music, no loud chatting. The place is clean and smells good. Thank goodness! So here comes Dr Roxane Zamora who was referred to me by my USPS friend. When I first met Dr Roxane, my first impression was, “I’ll be in good hands”. Worry not. Her calmness is so reassuring that everything will be fine. A lot of positive vibes! During our consultation, Dr Roxane explained everything to me from A-Z. The X-ray showed that my condition required a corrective care program because apparently my spine and neck problem was between Phase 2 and Phase 3, the latter being the worst case. Honestly, I was worried but I have in faith in God and Dr. Roxane. My goal was to get well and be pain free. Fast forward, three months of corrective care paid off. Hallelujah! I followed the program schedule and did the exercise therapies religiously. In the beginning of my adjustments, my body was fighting it and taking the 303 Formula helped during the process. It is a natural plant based for muscle spasms. This will be your “best friend” during your adjustments.

Looking back, I realized that I’m glad that I came here. I’m glad that I made that decision to go through a corrective care program. I don’t think one will get the best results by just going once a week or “whenever you feel the pain or discomfort” kind of attitude. If the condition is bad and needs corrective care, this would be the best investment of your life. I’m happy that I made this investment for the healing of my body. It was worth every penny spent!

Right now, I am done with the program and I am pain free. No more getting up from the bed like a robot or rolling over like a dog. Gone are those days! My before and after X-ray result is a proof that I made the right decision. At present, I am enrolled in the post wellness program because I want to make sure that my spine will always be in the best of health.

I can’t thank Dr Roxane enough for helping me get better.but THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I believe that you are blessed with great expertise and with healing hands.

I usually go to Dr Roxane twice a month for my chiropractic care maintenance. Since COVID-19 I didn’t visit her clinic for almost nine months. Now that I’m back I’m feeling so much better. Dr Roxane is truly God’s gift to all her patients.

After getting injured by lifting a heavy piece of stone (I'm a stone mason) everyday activities were very painful, I couldn't seat for more than 30 min without feeling pain down my leg and lower back, everything was very uncomfortable and painful to do and I did what anybody would do, look for help but sometimes it is hard to find the right place. After going to many different places and do everything I was told to do including taking painkillers like if they were candy, nothing was really working so in my desperate search for relieve I search the nearest chiropractor near my area and I came across Dr. Zamora. I can not express enough how happy I am of finding this place.

There are a lot of things that makes this a very unique Chiropractor Center so I'll highlight what I liked the most. For starers the staff is amazing, they make you feel like you are part of their family which is something hard to find these days. They are very well organized and even on busy days I'll be in an out in 15 min. I was impress that they take their own X-rays and share with you the results the next day you come in which is super convenient. The dynamic of the adjustment is very different from all the other places I've been, it's divided in three phases and each one is design to improve your condition progressively because you can not fix a lifetime of bad habits in just one adjustment. They are constantly sharing lots of information for your overall health because staying healthy is a lifestyle not a magic solution.

I don't usually write reviews but after trying so many different places and treatments and almost losing hope of finding wellness, I decided to share my experience so I can help others find the right place so they can feel better. I wanted to wait until I completed my treatment to give a full review of my experience and let me tell you that it was amazing.

I feel so much better since I've been going to Dr Zamora! I can feel improvements every week. I no longer wake up with a sore back and I can turn my head easily (my neck was almost fused). The office is a relaxing and pleasant place and the videos are very educational.

Thanks to Dr Zamora, I now walk around holding my head up higher and my neck up straighter! Her comprehensive plan of x-rays, in-office exercises & adjustments, at-home exercises, etc, dramatically improved the way I feel and my overall quality of life. I’ve been going to Dr Z for a little less than 2 months already and the results I’ve felt have been nothing but positive. I finally broke down and made an appointment due to severe vertigo I was experiencing. Dr Z consulted with me about my symptoms, took x-rays and then presented a plan designed specifically for me.
