Everyone is doing Nick up and indicator fair to him and his team you try management a property that you have no control over and owner does not quickly respond to your requests try and remember Nick is the middle Nan and can only do so much with out authorization from the owner of the property do your day diligence and find out ow owners the proprietary and then you will get the true story. NICK AND HIS STAFF HAS ALWAYS TREATED NYE FAILY AND

This is worse company to deal with. They will rip you off for every penny they can squeeze from you. For full disclosure I have been late on my rent exactly twice, both of which I gladly paid the late fees. This time I paid my rent on the first after work like I always do. Since the payment was made at 5: 30 pm, they tacked on a late fees of $50.plus legals fees of $29.45. They never did it before, why now? Because I was 30 mins late. The only person who will answer the phone there is the maintenance guy, John. Although he's very apologetic and knows what kind of people he works for, he couldn't get Nick or Angela to respond to me.

Today I finally got it.judging by their nonexistent response to maintenance requests, no answer at their office or cell phones, broken refrigerators replaced with another broken one, no access to the garage for the first 2 months, and all these terrible reviews. Most likely their struggling deep in debt and need to rip off their tenants and property owners to get caught up.

Rent payments with this company are a NIGHT MARE! No rent drop or office on site at Dunlap property. When you pay ONLINE ON TIME even with receipt 2 days prior to the first of the month.it is still considered LATE! The property manager will harass you with emails charging LATE fees of $50.00 plus interest anyway. Big roach problem due to manholes in the lawn. Roaches are all over the sidewalk in hotter weather at night. Many times coming through the door cracks that have no weather stripping. The positive side is the maintenance man John. He is very nice and prompt.he fixes it right the first time and does respond fast to maintenance requests.

If it was possible to give less than zero.i would. Why? Mold poisoning from an apartment and they tried to deny, blame then charge me. Unbelievable slumkeepers

Maintenance guy who showed us a home hit on me (there's like a twenty year difference there, I'm 23). Didn't even continue business with them.

I own a home in the Phoenix area and have been using Impero since 2008 when a job change moved me across the country. I was very nervous to leave my house in someone else's hands, but I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Impero. They make the renting process easy and are very efficient in getting the property turned around between tenants. They keep you informed and they are great about getting back to you promptly if you have any questions regarding your property. The monthly statements are always on time, as are the rent payments. Nick and his team are wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to take good care of their home. Thanks for all of your hard work Impero!

This guy "Nick" who is unprofessional tough guy on the phone is such a joke. He used slurs and disrespectful comments and I suggest anyone owner or potential renter (s) to take serious consideration to using his services. He is unethical and to be quite frank, the services are sub par. It is almost impossible to get someone with a pulse or half a brain on the phone. The only reason I gave him 1 star was because I was forced to, and to be honest I wish Nick would put his picture on the internet so they can see what he looks like. I would never, ever, ever refer anyone to this company, the unit I looked at was disgusting and dirty, he told me it was professionally cleaned. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY NICK.

This company is beyond HORRIBLE! Take a look at their website where you'll find absolutely nothing about customer service. They only care about stealing renters and home owners money. This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. The owner Nick Bucchino is a joke to do business with. He will not return calls and "prefers to have things in writing". Automatically a red flag probably because it's common for him to argue with tenants. His full time job is not to manage property but to argue renters out of security deposits. His conversations are childish and extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend to ANYONE!

Nick and the crew and Impero Property management always were on point! I rented with Impero for two years and they always responded to all repairs that needed to be made A. S. A. P. I would recommend to rent with them, best I have experienced! Thanks, Nick!

This company is really bottom tier. As a landlord I've worked with a lot of property management firms. I've never had so many tenant complaints. I constainly have complaints about Nick and how rude and condescending he is. With so many complaints I wonder what value Impero brings to the table. Also, good luck trying to understand their financial reports. They have no concept of how a balance sheet and income statement work. They try and jam everything through the income statement and constantly incorrectly bill and reverse from other general ledger accounts. When you ask questions or identify that something is incorrect, Nick will be sure to write you a page long email of rhetoric trying to explain his eligible financial statements. In summary, I'm having to pay a bookkeeper double to unwind and redo Impero's financial statements and am always getting tenant complaints. This company is causing me more work than if I just managed the property myself. Don't bother with this company, they are not worth the money. I agree with one of the previous statements, "they don't even deserve a star".

This is the WORST property management company that I have ever had to work with. When it comes to the owner Nick the is no such thing as customer service. I have never experienced anyone (especially a grown man) act so childish about a situation. This company will try to get every last dollar out of the security deposit even if he has to plant pet feces to make it seem like there was a pet on the property and then charge $50 to clean up the 4 pieces of feces. I do not recommend this company to any home owner and definitely feel bad for any renter who has to deal with him. This company needs to be shut down permanently!

They don't even deserve a star at all! This is by far the worst property management I have ever dealt with. The Property Manager, Nick is rude, disrespectful and downright condescending! I would not recommend dealing with this property management at all! The units are neglected and the tenants that they rent to are horrible! You will not be happy with them, so don't waste your time.
