IMS - Palm Valley Medical Office Building, Goodyear AZ

I only gave 2 stars because I really likes my doctor, doctor Gotchell.she's so attentive and caring.the issue and the reason I am changing doctors is because of the front office staff, they are so incredibly rude, to the point that I don't feel comfortable going there. I don't recommend ims in Goodyear, as the office ladies have always been rude for years and I'm officially fed up.

My husband fell in the tub 6 weeks ago. He is 75 yrs old. We called our primary after 1 week because he was still experiencing some pain. A pain medicine was prescribed and an order for X-ray of his back. The following week we went to Simon Med where xrays are walk in only. We were turned away and told to come back another day because they were full. It was 1pm in the afternoon. My husband uses a walker. We returned 2 days later and were seen. That was Sept 3rd. Three weeks later We had not heard the results or a plan. I contacted the doctor. We got a call 1 day later and were told he had a fracture and would refer to ortho. It is now 1 week later and still nothing. Is this what medicine has come to? No sense of urgency or regard for senior citizens? I am disappointed and will look for a practice that puts their patients as a priority!

I went with my son to see a doctor in this office and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a strong smell of purfume, not good for an asthmatic. Then we were told to use perfumed soap to wash our hands when in the room. Perfume can trigger someone with asthma. The doctor was in cowboy boots.

Why have an appointment time? Doesn't matter anyway. 2 hour wait with an appointment. I should drop off an invoice for my time.

They take weeks to return calls for scheduling. They put you on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up. I guess they DON'T WANT MY BUSINESS!

Horrible phone and customer service. Waited 20 min to schedule appt and she hung up on me after 3 sec. Happens every 6 months. Im done

Every single time I call (6 times over last 3 months), no one answers. Doesn’t matter if I’m calling regarding outstanding bill or if I need an appointment. I’ve tried different times of the day, all unsuccessfully. This level of service demonstrates to me, how little they care and I will find another doctor office asap!

IMS Family Medicine, Jason Vastine has been the reason I moved from the 107th Ave location to this location. He is amazing at what he does and genuinely cares and takes the time to explain things.

Went to them in April for stomach pain. Sent me to a gastro. Didn't resolve my pain, told me basically to have a nice life. My kidneys are not working right. I switched Dr's and will never go back there! I am still fighting with them for a refund from Jan.they said I wasn't covered under my insurance and made me pay for the office visit, which I was. It is now almost Sept.and I still have not received my refund!

Please consider going somewhere else for help. Their customer service and service in general was just terrible. My Primary Care Physician is at this hospital and he did not provide me with the service I needed whatsoever. He left me sick. I am switching my Primary care horrible experince.

Don't go here. They hand out depression pills like candy for people with occasional anxiety. Don't answer voicemails, find somewhere else
