I'm puzzled as to why so many negative reviews? !? !? I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years, I've seen both Dr. Tung and Ann Vought overtime. I have never had an issue with the staff yes the front desk employees are busy at times so you may have a wait to schedule a follow-up appointment which is expected and not a big deal. As far as the doctors themselves the communication has always been great my notes that are documented that I can review on the patient portal are very detailed and easy to understand which I like.

I have been to many different types of specialist providers over the years, for many different conditions. It is no exaggeration to say that 90% of the trouble I've had related to front office staff has come from this one location. If I got through to someone within under 30 minutes it was a miracle. On top of that I would typically have to wait another 15-20 minutes on hold to talk to the right person to set up an appointment. We're talking a basic appointment here, not anything complicated. Meanwhile, every time I was in the office I saw the staff sitting around apparently not doing much while putting other people on hold. On more than one occasion I was given the wrong time or date to show up, and once they even told me to come in (at 8 AM) for spinal injections on a day the office was closed.

This was all very annoying, but I kept going because of how much I liked the doctor. Then, I switched insurance from AHCCCS to Blue Cross PPO. I went in for the first of my regular injections. I spoke to the front office staff when setting up the appointment, asking them to confirm the cost of my visit with the new insurance and whether sedation would be covered. I was told I would only have a copay and that sedation would be covered 100%. On the day of the procedure I again asked whether the copay would cover everything including the sedation. Again I was told this would be the case. I paid the copay and had the procedure done. I then had a second injection two weeks later as per usual. Subsequently I received two bills in the mail, one for $87.94 and another for $88.98. Again, before signing any paperwork I was told the copay would cover everything.

I attempted to contact IMS by phone repeatedly. I called from my work during multiple lunch breaks (the only time I could call while they were open). Every time I was either left on hold for the entirety of my one hour lunch break, or they answered the phone and then put me on hold again once I told them what I was calling about. In either case I was forced to eventually hang up when I ran out of time and had to get back to work. All told I probably spent 6-7 hours attempting to resolve this, before eventually giving up and deciding I had done my due diligence.

Now, they've sent me to collections, who have threatened to credit report me. Even though I am currently in need of a doctor's note for work I have decided to spend the time to find a new specialist. I will not be giving a single dollar of my money to IMS, and neither should you.

I've been coming here for about a year now for sciatica problems. The treatment has been as effective as I could expect given my lower back is a wreck. Staff has always been good and professional. Scheduling the 1st appointment took some time, but after that, no problems. Tip: If you schedule your appointments early in the morning, you'll get in and out quick.

These people never, ever answer the phone. Their emails says you can reschedule or cancel but the only option is to "confirm". I need to cancel/reschedule but I cannot and they will probably try to charge me for the appointment time.

The front desk staff have been nothing but nice and funny when I go in. Very pleasant experience and the Doctors are great and PA is caring and attentive.

The doctors here are awesome. Patient, willing, understanding. The front desk staff could make the guardians of hell quiver. Been coming here for years. I know they see a lot, but they genuinely seem to hate there job and hold themselves above there clients. Takes 5 to 10 minutes to get there attention as they get along great with each other and talk a lot, when they look at you you feel like an interruption, if you speak you will be interrupted. If you call, you'll be put on hold. Usually 5 to 10 minutes. Some times as long as 30. We've been late twice, in 3 years (7-8 minutes) due to accidents. Called out of courtessy and were told we will not be seen if it's after 15 minutes. Understandable if it's busy, not so much when it's an empty waiting room. If you come here, it's worth it, seriously. But don't speak to the front more than you have too, if your seen as an interruption, they'll be even ruder.

I deal with this damn place and state every single month. Something always happens and once again I am left without my prescription due to their incompetence. They put a DNF date of a Saturday when they are closed and now I find out they didn’t sign the RX so I can’t get it filled. So of course I have to suffer in pain for 3 days before I will be able to get my meds and next month they will make sure to post date it out another 3 days before I can get it filled since I wasn’t able to get it today when I am completely out. I have anemia so taking ibuprofen is already causing me problems. This is beyond cruel.

After dealing with an unhelpful urgent care and ER visit this place was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we called in to schedule, to being see thru insurance questions and scheduling surgery they were on it! I work in customer service and recognize great customer care, these people were incredible! The staff that scheduled our appointment was friendly and helpful, the medical assistant we saw before the doctor was awesome. Dr. Martins was kind, informative and honest! Then Melissa helped with insurance questions and made multiple calls on our behalf. They literally took care of every need we had and did so efficiently and with such great care. Can't thank you all enough!

Worst doctor I have ever been to. Yells at patients, does not care at all about what is best for patients, finding solutions or working with people. If you can find any other doctor do so!

To be honest, if there was a no star rating, that would be the rating I'd give. The NURSES/RECEPTIONIST are the only reason I feel guilty about not giving a higher rating. The doctor that my mom sees is a whole other story.
She's suppose to see Dr. Tung, but sees Anna instead. She continues to ignore my mom and my mom is the one paying for it. She can hardly move during the day, and this br-lady continues to cut the number of pills. Something has to be done. My mom can't afford to keep having her pills cut.

I'm not sure why such negative reviews, I've had a good experience over the last few months. The front desk receptionist (s) are polite, the Doctor himself listened well, he actually looked into my issue thats causing my pain rather then just throwing pain pills my way. A wait for new patients should be expected given they have so many established patients. Once I was established I got an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. His assistant Christine has been patient and polite with me, no issues as was stated in a previous review (s). Overall the care has from the entire staff has met my reasonable expectations! Thank you.

Don't waste your time here. It takes up to 2 months for new patients to be seen, and scheduling procedures can take even longer.

There is a reason I will only see doctor Tung he is a great doctor and always communicates and responds.
I waited until for 2 days for doctor Ann to respond and call me back about my medication and she never did! I'm so frustrated with the office! I'm leaving town and needed my meds but no help with calling and getting a response!

Every visit is an issue. Either they'll make you wait an hour to pick up a prescription that should've been ready or they change the rules and say you need to wait 4 days instead of 3 now. The front desk losers can give attitude but once you return the attitude, you're fired from that dr. They don't care. They like holding that power over people.
