Awful place, awful service. I've been on hold 30 minutes now and counting. What a joke.
Went there and wasn’t really pleased as the doctor never seen me but had the nurses check me out and I’m pretty sure she charged it as she actually checked me out.
All the offices worst I have ever been. They also use third party vendors who will charge $500 for a $20 item. Going to start looking for other physicians. Been here waiting for an hour
Tried calling 4 times, needing a referral to another office. The phone doesn't ring; just sends you to a mailbox which is full. What kind of office makes themselves unable to be contacted? Great job, y'all.
They have been good to us. They do sometimes run a little late, but they do not charge you if you run a little late. I get there early because I do not like being late. If the person who was in front of me has not shown up yet sometimes they are able to get me in. That does not happen often. I have been pleased with their customer service. If I have questions I can call and they help me with my answers. Today I called and the lady was nice and found out what I needed to know. She put me on hold and I just had to be patient while she checked on my question. She got right back to me and was very helpful. Thank you. I have been going to them for over 4 years now. NM
Appointment at 9.9: 35 still waiting to see the physician. Staff somewhat friendly. Not what you would expect for a medical office
