17 So delicious! I have to say, I don't eat a lot hamburgers but there are only few places that go when I need one. In-n-out is certainly one of my favorite ones! Everytime I come down, I have to get one

Pretty good burger for a fast food joint. They will make you a protein burger, if you don't like carbs. Amazing … the burgers a very god.
The PV mall location is not up to par on quality like the rest of the valley locations. Fries looked good, but way too salty. Usually not the case at other locations.
I am from the Midwest and in n out is not in my area. I figured i better check them out before we leave and let me say it was well worth it. Burger was cooked to perfection. They sit very high in my burger pantheon!
Ok if you're in a hurry for Burger protein style. They also fresh cut the potatoes for their great french fries

In n out are a bunch of selfish radicals that don't respect the mandates or the law. In and out employees are infected at a dramatically higher rate than any other restaurant in the United States you would be a fool to eat food from any in and out knowing that the president will not follow vaccine or mask mandates. I will never eat at in n out again. GROSS
As usual, very busy inside and drive through. Used the drive-thru. Food was hot when we got it.
It had been 3 years since I had my last In-N-Out burger. I'm a CA native, but relocated to NC where there are none! This burger did not disappoint. I ordered a double double meal with animal style fries. And a burger for breakfast the next morning. The staff in there was so friendly. They thought it was funny that this was my first stop from the airport. I even had my suitcase with me. The food was amazing, as usual. And even my cold burger from the fridge was tasty the next morning. Would highly highly recommend this location or any In-N-Out in general!
First time going, absolutely loved it! Sad that there isn't more around where I live, but hey, that just adds to the experience. 11/10!
If you're new, ask for a number 1. Get some ketchup and salt for the fries. It's the best experience you can get. The drink machines are touchless as well. The whole location is clean and the staff were nice.
I have ordered my burger the same way for 20 years. This location messed up the burger so I took it back up to have them remake it. They literally took it apart, added the chilies and tomatoes and then put the soggy burger back together and even used the same soggy wrapper and then gave it back to me. I wont return to this location. Shameful.
My last time at this restaurant was not a good one. My boyfriend and i had just got home from a really long international flight and were starving. It was really late at night 12: 30 am and there was not many other options. We waited in line so long i had to put my car in park. When we finally got our order i was so disappointed in the quality of the food. The burger was small and the fries tasted like cardboard. Definitely going to avoid this place if i can help it.
Customer service was great. The food so so, didnt really see what all the fuss was about. Burgers were good, nothing special. The fries were soggy.
These guys are always spot on. I tend to frequent this In-n-out pretty often. I have yet to have an incorrect order. I know it’s hard to mess up their simple menu, but when you have GF people and 8 mouths total, it’s a lot to order and more go wrong. They are quick even when busy and amazing at what they do. If they see kids in the car, they always make a point to give stickers and/or hats. Good people!
Honestly not happy at all. I had to go through the drive through because I'm at work. I ordered a double double with some cheese frys. What I got was 3 orders of cheese frys. To top it off the frys were cold. Unfortunately I don't work in a position that I could just go back to fix the problem. I'm very disappointed with this and will likely not be returning ever.
