Freshness and less calories than other Burger joints. There's a saying happy workers make a successful business. It shows and the service is second to none. Happy customer:)

Haven't been to one of these since I was a kid, and it was everything I remember. So much deliciousness! Animal style forever!

Super over rated. Tasteless meat, bread is dry and mealy in texture. The fries have no potatoes inside, they are just bland tasting. Service has always been pretty decent and staff seem to work well.
For a real burger, go have a FiveGuys Burgers and Fries. Much much more satisfying and quality is top notch. It is more expensive but it's worth it!

This used to be a very well organized In & Out, everything previously went smoothly here, I've been going here for 5+ years, went a couple days ago and the service was terrible, they got our orders wrong, gave us the wrong sodas, they need to get their act together here for me to continue business at this establishment, buyer beware!

Waited in line for 15 minutes for our order for the family and they forgot our French fries we had a park and go back and get them

It ok.they have security there
But homeless people still go there and not buy there drinks. So much for the security.

Haven't been to an In-N-Out Burger for 3 years. There isn't any where I live in WA state. On a 6 day holiday in AZ and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner tonight!

CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! A METAL RUSTY BOLT IN MY FRIES! I can’t even begin to explain the absolute disgust me and my children experienced when we saw this. I am so disgusted with in n out burger. And I called customer service and they just talk over me- call the health department this is so sick I’m so thankful we saw it and didn’t put it in our mouth! HEALTH DEPARTMENT NOW!

There's always some good burgers. Not a great fan of the fries but that's okay. Shakes are good. They always get the order right. You can also order both cooked and uncooked onions on the same burger and there's no extra charge and I really like that.

I loved the protein style burger. My daughter got some fries with her burger and they weren't the best. They had a weird taste. Customer service was good. The employees were nice and we got our food fast.

I was greeted by a very nice employee, her name is Shantel. She took my order. I ordered a double double with fries and a drink. I went and sat down. There were people enjoying their lunch. Shantel was also making sure that the tables were clean so that all of us can enjoy their Lobby once again. The place is very clean. I did not wait very long for my order. The fries were dry. But not stale. They were perfect fries, crispy and tasty! I managed to take a picture of my meal before I inhaled it. The meal was very good. From my observation Shantel and the people that work there are really good crew.keep up the good work folks!

Consistently good. Fresh produce is always provided not the soggy, icky stuff other restaurants (even the more expensive ones) give you. Today I had a strawberry shake for dessert.hardly ever eat ice cream these days (doc wants my diet low in fat) and it was sooo good! Honest food for a fair price.

Can never go wrong with In-N-Out! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is always impeccable!

Burger was fantastic! The fries were cold and most were really hard! Guess I expected more with all the hype!
