In-N-Out Burger, Tucson AZ

I always love eating In-n-out! I just moved to Tucson and I am so glad they have In-n-out! Not to busy! I went through the drive up. The cashier was very nice and friendly. So was where they give you the food! I will always come back to eat at In-n-out!

Got home and burgers wrong. Somebody needs to learn how to read. Asked for ketchup and mustard not the spread. Asked for no tomato got tomato no onions. Learn how to read.

Long line but moved quickly. Attendant was nice. But I don’t get what all the hype is about I spent 8 dollars was given a gift card at Christmas. I got a hamburger fries and a shake. The shake was good. The fries a little on the cold side and the burger tasted like any other. My taste buds actually enjoy a whopper more.

Their burgers have consistently been among the best I've ever had; even their fries are amazing. What's especially great about the establishment I visited in Tucson, whether or not it was intended, is that during the drive-through process you can see all the workers and food preparation process as it happens. For me, it provides a great comfort to know that all food-handling and safety protocols are being followed.

Nothing great about the food, I have had better tasting burgers and fries. Good service though.

The burger was great I do say chop lettuce a little more & The fries they need to work on stop over cooking the fries they taste horrible.

Always enjoy the food. Great service and friendly staff. Grabbed a chocolate shake last time. Delicious!

Burgers just weren't the standard I'm accustomed to at In n Out. The burgers tasted off and the fries were cold. Maybe it was an off day. Giving the benefit of the doubt, hence 3 stars this time.

I know, such a bad rating for In and Out. But this time they totally screwed up our order after several attempts at repeating it back to them. Seems no one was comprehending that day. Please In and Out, if you are going to list menu items as #1, #2, #3, dont repeat it back as individual items. Why do that? Stick to your menu choices, or eliminate the combo numbers!

I just had a regular hamburger and a chocolate shake. I got an extra patty for my dogs, they were so happy. And they left me alone so I could eat my hamburger. In-N-Out Burger On Broadway and cold is awesome

The people were fine but I just don't get what the big deal is about the food. It was not good. Maybe I'm spoiled because I'm from Texas and we have Whataburger instead.

Obviously in-n-out is literally the best fast food place to eat, but their prices are incredible too! Fries are unbelievably cheap, yet hot and fresh every single time. I have a particular love for their strawberry milkshakes, but do be warned the shakes are more of a malt. I prefer them that way, but some don't. A+

Outstanding, great original all American burgers and fries. Try the animal fries and if you are really hungry a double-double, or a 3x3 or a 4x4, but you gotta be really really really hungry for the 4x4.

Customer service is always with a smile, the facilities are always clean and the food prepared just as I ordered it.

Some items are not on the menu, ask what they are and customize your Burger. Taste excellent when hot, however once it cools down Has that plasticky taste and feel

Very good and accurate service. Everything looked neat and clean, (Including the kitchen). Friendly staff. Has a bit of outdoor sitting.

You Can’t Beat “In & Out” For Burgers Or For Efficiency & Friendliness. Their Burgers Are Hot & Freshly Made. This Is A Great Place!
