Industrious Tempe Mill Ave

I started working at Industrious Tempe about a month ago and loving the place so far. It is in the prime location - walking distance to restaurants and bars. Industrious also offers a variety activities as well as snacks/drinks and the staff is super friendly!

We moved into this office earlier this month, and we couldn't be happier with our choice! The Industrious Tempe office has so many perks, incredible office views, a great community, and really good coffee! It actually makes you want to get into the office every day!

We came from another co-working space that wasn't meeting our needs. Upon our first visit here we were beyond impressed with the hospitality of Heather and her team, and the great features included with our office space. We will be happy to keep working here for years to come.

What a beautiful facility and views! All the perks a business would want in their office including 3 very pleasant and helpful staff Heather, Amanda and Rachael.

This is a fantastic office/co-working space. The decor is beautiful and always well kept. The view from this top floor is fantastic. A Ridiculous amount of perks and goodies every week. My coworkers and I love this place. Shout out Heather, Amanda, and Rachael for doing a fantastic job and making sure we have everything we need and more. I can't imagine a better space.

The short: Industrious as a company has done a marvelous job of maintaining high standards for their shared office spaces, but the committed, friendly, and amazing staff is what makes the Tempe space the winner for me.

Prior to joining as a member @ Industrious, I frequented a rotation of coffeeshops around town as my office for the day. After over a year of the coffeeshop life, I realized it wasn't the most sustainable option:
- You have to buy something on every visit
- The wifi is unreliable
- Parking is not guaranteed
- Seating is first-come-first-serve
- It's hard to make calls with background noise
- Leaving your stuff behind while you use the restroom seems risky

The time had come for a dedicated workspace and improved productivity. I toured several different shared workspace options around the valley, including all three of the current Industrious locations in Arizona: Fashion Square, Drinkwater, and Tempe Mill Ave.

While it was immediately apparent that all three locations were premium facilities, the factors which sold the Tempe location for me were:
- Tons of gorgeous natural sunlight no matter where you are in the space (I am basically a house plant with more complex emotions)
- Lowest occupancy rate at the time of my signing due to office being newest location
- Highest number of available conference rooms compared to other two locations in Scottsdale
- Plenty of well-lit common "break out" areas with power sources for laptops/charging
- Sound-proof call booths for those super secret calls

Most importantly, the fearless Industrious team (Heather, Rachael, Amanda), who go above and beyond to make sure the facility is always immaculate, fun, and positive. They were one of the biggest reasons I chose the Tempe location - come meet them and you'll see why!

This place has been a great place to work for my growing team. The staff at Industrious has been more then accommodating. They are so friendly, tentative and fun. We love being here.

Amazing staff committed to their mission. Eighth floor lounge/networking area is excellent. Views of northern Tempe were wonderful. Sorry for reflections but I think you can get the drift.

Our company has been here for over 2 months. It is a great place with all the awesome amenities! I like the convenience of the location and the staff that make me feel welcome daily.

Industrious has given PLAY (nonprofit in Phoenix) such great support since we moved in last October. They make it so easy to get your work done. I sometimes forget it is a shared office space. I highly recommend taking a tour with Heather if you are looking for an office space to enhance your business.

Industrious is the best office location in Arizona. If you have never experienced the jaw of your client drop as they enter your office space, you better prepare yourself for that sight each and every time someone visits Industrious. The environment is bar none, the offices and meeting spaces are all masterfully designed to promote creativity and productivity. The open concept means you have a 360 degree view of Tempe, and that sunlight is always available. The hardworking members of the staff are incredible and provide top notch professionalism to anyone who walks into the building. Rachael, Amanda, and Heather take care of each client who visits my office location, and makes sure they all leave with a smile. I cannot recommend this space enough, it will transform the way you do business.

I can't imagine having our office located anywhere else.

Can't say enough great things about the staff and the working space. Super supportive and collaborative environment. We absolutely love it and can't think of a better place to work out of everyday!

I started working out of this Industrious location in October of 2019 and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! Rachel, Heather & Amanda all work up front and are never not working to implement a more suitable, creative & engaging environment. Coffee and food is constantly refreshed, networking capabilities are always high and there are new events going on each week. The views could not be more incredible. A top of the line space for any business owner or employee to consider working out of. Close to Mill street shops and restaurants, nearby hiking & resort stays. 5 stars.

So when you are looking for a workspace, either that may be public or private. You want somewhere that's going to make you feel comfortable, energetic, productive, and surround yourself with positive energy. This place has it! I am enjoying that I can meet the like-mind professional in the same office space outside the my company.   I count this place as a daily networking event to build and help yourself grow in life.
The staff (Amanda, Rachael, & Heather) have been fantastic. They keep the energy positive, make it a point to know everyone's name, create events to get everyone together and out of their comfort zone. They have helped get to know the area, recommended restaurants, and places to go to. The first impression is crucial for any business, and these three will represent you very well and count them as a fantastic extension to your company.  We picked this place, not because of the location (which is a perk) but the staff. It also helps this office is gorgeous.
So if you are looking for a new space, be sure to check this place out. You will not be disappointed!
