Well it seems I have the same complaints as many others on here. Great back office staff! Nice, polite, eager to help. But the front office is among the worst I've had to deal with in the area. We've been trying to get a referral sent somewhere for 2 months and today will be our third try to get this done. I really do appreciate the back office staff but as a chronically ill person who has a husband who is also chronically ill (we both see the same Dr.here), things like this make our medical care so much tougher and more stressful. I hope they can get this figured out because I really do not want to switch pcp's for the 6th time in 3 years.

This is a weird review for me. The medical staff is among the finest I have ever encountered. They make me feel as if they truly are invested in my care. When I leave, I feel great because of my treatment. Dr Russ and Sheila are the finest in their fields with excellent bedside manner. I literally trust them with my life.

However, the office is among the more poorly run that I’ve ever encountered. Whether they lack empathy for their patients, or are just incompetent, I’m not quite sure. They seem to get an attitude with simple requests like records. There appears to not be much coordination between the front and back. The front staff lack the ability to understand what is being asked of them. I believe that the office management will eventually cost someone their life, if it hasn’t already occurred. Please tell the one lady in front to wash her hair. I don’t think she handles patients, but hygiene is imperative in a doctors office.

Always a great experience! I go plus my three kids. Office staff is professional; providers are knowledgeable.

Sheila is an excellent medical provider and very knowledgeable. Never have to wait more than 5 mins to go back for the appointment. Front office staff are friendly but completely incompetent. Took me a month of phone calls to figure out a prescription for my daughter and two weeks of phone calls to get a simple referral. Also requested an appointment for my husband to see the male practitioner but when he arrived, was seen by a female assistant. We will continue going there only because of Sheila’s care.

Definitely the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. They refused for 5 entire weeks to correct their error for my Insulin prescription for Type 1 Diabetes which, for those who don’t know, is life threatening easily and rapidly if not prescribed. Left very polite and patient voicemails and once I went in to ask again at week four, the front desk attendant told me she was annoyed with the 3 voicemails I left.
Last appointment prior to this event I never received the referral I was in for as I need a specialist. Time and time again I’ve been medically neglected by these NP’s and office. Not only am I disappointed I’ve been legally and morally neglected and I’m thankful to realize I have to seek help elsewhere before it was too late. I’ve never had a doctors office treat me so horribly.

I love all the staff always so helpful and friendly
. Appreciate them and the Dr.s definitely recommend.

This was the worst experience i've ever had with a primary care, The office staff and office manager are impossible to work with, They say they'll do one thing and then don't follow through, The doctors are great but the staff needs major improvement hopefully they can get some training to help them better care for their patients. Would not recommend.

Office staff are professional and pleasant. Sheila always takes her time and really listens to all your concerns. She is patient and really cares about her job, her patients, and their health. Christine is bubbly and an absolute pleasure to be around. She takes great pride in her work and the job she does. She is smart and is always willing to listen and get to the bottom of your health concerns. She never brushes you off. They are a busy office, and appointments can get booked up sometimes. But there is a reason that they are so busy. It's because they care and they are so good!

Doctor Christine acts like a ditzy school girl. She ordered me the wrong prescription, upon requesting for it to be changed they said I have to WASTE my time and have a return visit. Doesn't work for a person who works the 8-5 when that's when they are open. I've called 3 times and the office staff specifically Alyssa is extremely RUDE. Nor can I get the doctors time of day for a return call. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I’ve been seeing Russ butler as my doctor for two years now, and there has been a huge decline in the front staffs professionalism and kindness. I absolutely dread calling the office and making an appointment because the staff are incredibly rude. I actually called today and when I made my request, Libby or whatever her name was literally said “oh my god! ” In a very dramatic and irritated way. If anyone has any recommendations for a doctor accepting new patients, I would greatly appreciate it. I’m tired of being treated in such a disrespectful manner.

The Dr's and staff are very helpful for your needs. And it's very well maintained.

Sheila Busch and her nurses are the sweetest, but the office staff are very incompetent and not compassionate or empathetic. Trying to get a referral to see a specialist was a nightmare and for this reason I chose to leave this office. It’s unfortunate, because when you need help, you hope someone would be there to help and to care about you and your well-being. I felt like my family and I were treated like a number and not like humans. On a side note, the office staff lost important medical paperwork for a specialist and gave me the run around several times instead of owning up to their own mistakes. So disheartening. I would not recommend this practice unless the office staff is replaced.

I love Sheila but the office staff is terrible. I tried asking for some help with paper work from them and it’s been a month. I got called a liar when I told them no one called to follow up. Not my first experience with the front desk lying about something I have said to them. Sheila, fire some of your staff.only put the stars for her.
