Bad customer service
I needed a part for my Ingersoll compressor
It was $139 with was already way higher than everywhere else
The rep stated I could only pick up if I make a order over 250
Eventually I had to add things I don't need to the order just so I can pick up

3838 e southern ave Phoenix, Older guy with gray bear is half human. Learn how to talk to customers. Not people person. I was not expecting someone work for Ingersole rand with zero star attitude.
